Great staying with reasonable price

Pros: The room is suitable for a family or a group of 5-6 people. All pictures and information regarding supplies and facilities given by host are correct. Kitchen, bathroom on first floor and 2 bedrooms on the basement floor. 2 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with 2 beds for 3-4 and 1 bedroom with double bed for 2. The kitchen is really convenient for easy homemade breakfast. The washing machine and the drying system are nice when you need to wash clothes for the next day. The location is not bad since it has lawson 300m away and only takes 7 mins to the nearest subway station.

Cons: The toilet room was not ventilated well so it leaves smell every time. You will have to unlock the mail box there to find the hidden key to the apartment through the guidance received by email. However, the instruction is not quite clear and mistranslated between Japanese n English so we had a hard time figuring the locker. Hope they can fix that.

Great stay, cosy, comfortable. Good location

Pros: Upstairs kitchen and lounge room, downstairs bedroom is great. Property easy to find an in good location. All amenities and very clean. Comfortable beds. Definitely would recommend

Cons: Maybe a couple more mirrors in the bedrooms

If location is important for you, then you won't be disappointed.

Pros: Location! Location! Location !excellent. a couple mins walk to convenience store and Akebonabashi station. Only One station away to Shinjuku Modern /new style apartment

Cons: All beds are downstairs, one room has NO window. Stairs are very steep. Very hard to carry luggage down if you need to. It would be great if a better-quality Sofa used in the living room, existing one are too soft and feels sitting on the floor

wonderful stay, we love it

Pros: I like the neighborhood and size of the rooms, we have a big bed for 5 persons, the locations near by with stations and many restaurant around.

Cons: I wish that they could give us the access to watch netflix :)

Pros: Herşey resimde göründüğü gibiydi. Adres metro ya çok yakın ve en yakın sigara içme alanına 5-10 dakika uzaklıkta. Daire Ters dublexti. Girişte banyo, tuvalet, aşağı iniş merdiveni, oturma odası içinde 3 kişinin yan yana oturacağı 1 puf kolduk, Sadece Japon kanallarının olduğu Tv, mutfak, yemek masası ve 4 sandalye mevcut. Aşağı katta 2 oda var. Biride 2 tane çift kişilik yatak ve eşyalarınızı aşıp çantalarınızı koymaya dolap diğer odada da 1 tane çift kişilik yatak ve dolap mevcut. fuatkubilay

Cons: Tv de sadece Japon kanalları var. Saat 9 da eve gelip 12-1 e kadar oturuyoruz. En azından bi Netfilix olabilirdi. Bu çok önemli. Yorgun geleceğiz Tv ye bakmayız bile demeyin. Bizde öyle demiştik ama gerek varmış. Yakın zamanda yine geleceğiz. Özellikle netflix eklenirse hiç şüphe duymadan yine aynı yerde konaklayabilirim. fuatkubilay

2 floors and spaced

Pros: Highly recommended. Perfect for Family of 4. Be prepared to load up your information 1-2 days before arrival or sooner. The house is very clean and has everything you need, such as kitchen necessity, washing machine but no dryer. It took a day to dry my clothes on the back of the chair. My kids like to go back there after we stayed in the hotels for several days. We would prefer Airbnb like this in the future.

Cons: Far from a train station, especially on the high ground. We had suitcases/ luggage 🧳 we had to claim the stairs. If you have only a backpack, the distance is ok.

Ungewöhnlich große Ferienwohnung

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist top, nur wenige Minuten zur Bahn oder dem Supermarkt. Nur die steile Treppe ist mit Koffer eine Herausforderung.

Great location, clean and modern apartment

Pros: The location, while being a bit further out, was very convenient to access for trains and we were able to get around really easily. The apartment itself was well appointed and modern. Very pleasant stay.

Cons: The sink needs a dish draining rack. An additional clothes hanger or two would be great for doing more laundry at a time.

Très bon emplacement, revoir un petit peu le nettoyage en profondeur.

Pros: L’emplacement, l’espace, la communication avec le vendeur, les équipements et la literie.

Cons: Manque de lumière naturelle, humidité, des cheveux dans la douche et près des lits. PS : le check in est un véritable escape game xD

Pros: Well maintained. It was cleaned and really looks like a new establishment. Accessible since it is close to station. There is also Lawson nearby if you need something

Cons: I just wanna suggest a bath mat in ofuro area. Thanks
