Very good location and space for a family of 5 in Tokyo.

Pros: The property is in a good location and easy walking distance to two subway lines. There is also a number of restaurants within 5min walk. The place is very clean with plenty of room for a family of 5 or 6.

Pros: Great, stylish and spacious apartment in a quiet part of Shinjuku. Perfect for our family of 5, with 14, 18, 21 yo Comfortable and close to train station.

Cons: Not many restaurants within walking distance

Pros: This accommodation proved to be good value for my money. It's conveniently located near Akebonobashi station, making it easy to travel to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Shibuya and other popular areas. Basic amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and body wash were provided Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend it to travelers on a budget.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room—much more spacious than typical Tokyo budget hotels. Everything was clean and functional. For the price, it offers excellent value, especially compared to newer chain hotels that tend to be cramped. If you’re looking for comfort and space on a reasonable budget, this hotel is a great choice.

Pros: It’s great place to stay in Tokyo. Fantastic!!! I stayed here with 2 friends including kid and it’s very clean & cozy. We never felt cramped. Actually very spacious. The free pocket WI-FI was a nice bonus, and two bathrooms made it very comfortable for groups.

Pros: I travel to Japan often, and this was one of the most satisfying stays in Tokyo! Great location, spacious and clean rooms, perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The loft layout worked so well for our family, and with two bathrooms, mornings were smooth and comfortable. Small touches like pocket Wi-Fi, nice scent diffusers, and plenty of towels really made us feel cared for. Fantastic value, I’ll definitely book again next time!

Pros: Исключительные апартаменты во всех отношениях !! Очень чисто ( уборка ежедневная , полотенца меняют ежедневно )) очень приятный дизайн , все есть для жизни ( утюг.. станция воды питьевой .. оснащение ванной комнаты ) есть мобильный интернет , который берешь с собой в город !! Расположение прекрасное , в пешей доступности куча кафе различных !! Большое спасибо ! Очень понравилось ❤️❤️❤️

Very comfortable n warm

Pros: Love the property. Very close to a Family Mart n a convenient store. Love the pocket wifi that the property provides, definitely help alit since we didn't have a chance to get one at the airport. Property manager is very helpful and accommodating, she answers all my concerns at a timely matter. Will book this hotel again in our next visit. Love it.
