Spring Apartment Shinjuku

Small but tidy apartment in an excellent location. Great for small groups of travellers.

Pros: Excellent location near Shin-Okubo. Small but tidy apartment. Comfortable beds, good washing machine and space to dry clothes on the balcony. Great for small group of travellers comfortable in close quarters and looking for a place to sleep and not spend much time in the apt.

Cons: Enough room for three people to live and move around in comfortably. Any more would have been uncomfortable I think. There were noisy neighbours unfortunately, which isn’t the apartments fault.

Pros: All the essentials were provided in this small yet comfortable apartment for family stay of 4 pax. There were tea bags as complimentary and iron provided (some hotel don't even provide iron). The kitchen was sufficient for light cooking. Train station is within walking distance.

Super cute and clean

Pros: The Spring Apartment was clean and cute. We did not use the kitchen or laundry facilities so we cannot comment on that. But the location is very convenient, the communication with our host was excellent, and the water was hot. Great find!

Cons: This is not necessarily about the apartment but this particular stop (Shin Okubo) at the train station was very busy so getting all of your luggage on at this stop when you're headed back to the airport might be tricky.

Pros: Espaço, conforto nas instalações, excepcional gentileza e consideração da equipe.

Cons: Nada

Pros: Good location, quiet and good facilities. One smallish double bed and another tatami room with fold out mattresses.

Cons: Communication wasn't that great at times, and the bathroom was really small even by Japanese standards (especially for an apartment..). Overall it was pretty good though no big deal.

Pros: 新大久保駅から徒歩5〜6分、近くにはお店もたくさんあってロケーションは抜群でした。お部屋も広くゆったりと過ごすことができ、普通のお家のようになんでも揃っていて（特に洗濯機はありがたかったです）助かりました。

Cons: ユニットバスが少し窮屈なように感じましたが、シャワーで済ませる分には我慢できないほどではなかったです。あとはベランダのサッシの開け閉めで、閉める時にギギギギギ……とすごい音が鳴る（なぜか開ける時は大丈夫）ので、ご近所迷惑にならないかとヒヤヒヤしました。
