You can’t get better than this in central Tokyo - location, comfort, space, facilities, easy to locate. An amazing place

Pros: The location is amazing. A very short walk from shin-okubo station on the JR Yamanote line. Amazing food on the street and adjoining. Super comfortable beds, and so great to have 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. It was a perfect place for us to discover Tokyo. Superb communication from our host too

Perfect stay for 5 in Tokyo

Pros: Very spacious for Tokyo, very clean and modern with special attention to detail to every need. Very close to shin okubo station which was so convenient and also a 7 eleven a couple of minutes away. Host was great and very communicative throughout and helped us with our needs when required.

Cons: Nothing, it was all great

Perfect for the family / group!

Pros: Well located - close to JY line. As the other travelers mentioned, you can hear the noise of the train. But it is not a problem for me. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, it is good for group travelers

Cons: The curtains in the bedrooms do not block the light. Suggest to add Blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

Pros: Awesome location and it was an impressive size compared to hotels we stayed in at a similar price.

Cons: Upstairs neighbors were banging on the floor above

Exceptional stay....great host

Pros: It's a 20 min walk into Shinjuku plus 2 metro stations nearby...Lots of shops etc. Some might find the bustle and mix of people intimidating but as central Londoners, it seemed pretty normal. We didn't know what we were looking for but luckily, we found it

Family Vacation

Pros: It is one of the most conveniently located apartments in which we have stayed in Tokyo. It is located very near the subway station and there are a lot of eateries and convenient stores nearby. The apartment is big and spacious and fits comfortably with our group of 5 adults + 5 luggage. Will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends

Cons: You can hear the train very early in the morning, which may be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

A well located place for up to 4 people to share.

Pros: The location was excellent. Nice and close to a couple of train stations, as well as loads of great places to eat, but with a nice residential vibe. It was also really great to have a washing machine and effective drying facilities.

Cons: There has obviously previously been smoking in the property. Unfortunately the strategy used to address this is to scatter several of those very unpleasant deodorisers around the place.

Pros: Very comfortable for our family of 4. All the amenities we needed, very clean, great location. Highly recommend!!!

Tokyo stay

Pros: Location was amazing. And the apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. We had an absolutely fantastic stay

Cons: The mattress in the middle bedroom could probally need replacing as was a little lumpy

Pros: 위치가 최고였어요. 일본은 아이들과 처음인데 트레인역과도 가깝고, JR라인이라 모두 유명한 여행지와 가까워 편했어요. 숙소도 깨끗하고 가족단위로 올 분들에게 추천해요 화장실도 두개라 편히 사용했습니다.
