Pros: The location was great and the apartment was spacious enough for our group.

Cons: Nothing really. All great!

A very comfortable base for exploring Tokyo.

Pros: Host has set up a great apartment for travellers. Two bathrooms very handy. Beds were comfortable which is not always the case in Japan. Close to train stations. Easy access to popular areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Host provided many of the required consumables (shampoo/soaps etc) and utilities (hair dryers/ irons etc). Bathrooms were clean but the kitchen could use a little attention. A very comfortable apartment, and I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Check in instructions need to be updated as they were incorrect and we became locked out of the apartment when we first arrived. Luckily there was someone there to help us and reset the door. A new kitchen sponge for each stay is important.

Pros: Very clean and a perfect location. Good sized rooms. Very helpful communication from our host

We loved the location!

Pros: The location was great! There is a 7/11 about a 2min walk away, there is a small grocer just opposite the site, and a handy pharmacy along the strip too. There are a couple of bbq places you can go for dinner too that are close by and also Shin-okubo train station. The rooms were nice and tidy and quite big in terms of Japanese sizes. The lift was sooo convenient. Perfect for a big family.

Cons: There is no dining table but the coffee table in the lounge worked good enough to have shared meals together with family. If catching an uber, the road can be quite busy and therefore a bit of a hassle for the uber driver to drop you right off to your doorstep but the uber drivers are experienced and patient, it just seemed like a hassle for them when doing late night drop-offs.

Ideal spot for a family or group.

Pros: Location location! It is an easy walk to the heart of Shinjuku and only 5 minutes walk from Shin okubo station. Easy to navigate to from Narita airport. For a family of 5 it was great to have 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Cons: It would be good to have more than 1 cup for hot drinks. Microfibre towels are not ideal as hair sticks to them.

Good accommodation in a great location

Pros: The location of the property was excellent being within walking distance of a number of restaurants and a 711 store as well as a railway station. Two bathrooms was a bonus with 5 adults

Cons: The kitchen needed a few more coffee cups and utensils to make it more usable

The perfect base for a family to explore and enjoy Tokyo!

Pros: This is a very comfortable property, and by Japanese standards is very spacious. Above all else it is perfectly located, and a wonderful base to enjoy everything that Tokyo and the surrounding regions have to offer.

Excellent apartment in the central of Tokyo - perfect for family of 5 adults. Highly recommend!

Pros: We like location, very central, close to metro station, close to restaurants and supermarkets. We like that it is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment for 5 of us. Perfect! It also has the ammenities we want. We especially like the washing machine that we use it almost every day. The host also very helpful and allow us to check in early which we appreciate since our flight arrived very early in the morning. The mobile wifi is also a huge plus for 5 of us since we can travel around with that. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this facility and highly recommend for family with adults.

Cons: I could not think of something I didnt like particularly. But if I can be picky, perhaps body lotions in each of the bathroom will elevate the bathroom? Also extra cup in the kitchen will be handy since only 4 cups for 5 of us staying. But they are all minor and we care less about those.
