Shinjuku-2minutes Shin-Okubo駅 Very good location

Pros: Excellent location, very comfortable and clean appartment.

Cons: The mattress could be a bit more comfortable, and I struggled with the lights. But these were minor details.

I would say the experience was at the higher end of what one could expect from this form of lodging.

Pros: The room was mostly as pictured. Everything was well cleaned and orderly, colour palette was soothing, and there were no major sound issues from outside the room. Good and professional communication from the owner Overall extremely comfortable to stay in.

Cons: - I couldn't immediately tell where the entrance was, owner answered almost as soon as I had sent them a message asking about it though. As I said before, good and professional communication. - Toilet lamp was hanging down from its electrical cord, the holding clamps must have failed after the room was last cleaned - Shower room could use a new surface finish - Bed frame electric outlets weren't plugged in, I had to move the bed so that the attached cord would reach the wall outlets - The surrounding area looked a bit rough-on-the-edges, especially after sundown.

Pros: Had all the facilities you would need for a short stay! Included a washer and dryer which was convenient as well as hair dryer and curling/straightening iron :)))

Great little place, if a bit too small.

Pros: Excellent location, clean and a very nicely made up room.

Cons: Tiny, good enough for a short stay but for 2 weeks was a bit too tight. Train went by every 5 minutes or so but easy to get used to, and no curtains on one window so the lights from the neon lights outside were shining in all night.

I would like to choose this property again if I will visit Japan in the near future.

Pros: The location of this property is great. It's close to the subway station and there are many tax free shops near the property. The host of the property was patient and help me a lot.

Cons: This property is too close to the subway so the noise of the train is a little bit annoying. I met some problems when I was collecting the property key.

Local clean cheap stay

Pros: Cheap tiny apartment near shinjuku station. A lot of natural light. Local vibe on the street and silent at night. Just a few minutes from all the shinjuku fun!

Cons: The bed could have been more comfortable, and there is indeed no mirror 😅.

Pros: La ubicación es genial. Muy cerca de todos lo que hay que ver en shinjuku además de tener al lado la estación y un mercado con fruta a muy buen precio

Cons: Las cortinas no eran lo suficientemente oscuras y la luz no dejaba dormir muy bien

Pros: Ottima posizione e proprietario sempre disponibile. L'appartamento è come descritto e rispecchia le foto. Anche più spazioso rispetto al previsto. Anche se in una posizione centrale a pochi passi da una via principale, la notte era molto silenziosa e non abbiamo avuto problemi di nessun tipo. Nella camera vengono forniti anche asciugamani e il necessaire da bagno. Abbiamo trovato anche il detersivo per il bucato (che una volta finito abbiamo ricomprato). Davvero consigliato per soggiorni anche di una settimana!
