Pros: Great self-contained house, close to shops, transport, restaurants etc. Authentic Japanese place!!

Cons: Unfortunately the futons were quite thin, for those of us not used to them.

Fair stay with great location

Pros: Great location within 5 mins walk to metro station, nice neighborhood and environment, supermarkets and convenience stores within 10 mins walk, fully equipped kitchen, spacious room with tatami, and it’s clean too. There’s a parking at the corner of the alley with reasonable prices.

Cons: The exact location isn’t shown on Google Map and all nearby houses got the exactly same address showing 4 Chome-23-4 Morishita on the entrance door. It took us more than 15 minutes to finally get into the correct building. There’s nowhere to properly hang or put your clothes and towel in the bathroom, you’d either need to put on any surfaces in the kitchen or walk around naked after shower/ bath. Apart from the main bedroom on ground floor, the other 2 “bedrooms” are equipped with tables/ cabinets/ TV/ fridge, you can’t fully put on the tatami in the other 2 bedrooms or you’ll need to sleep with the tatami mat folded

Nice place for a family or a group of friends.

Pros: We got the whole 2 floors (small) house to ourselves because we were a family of 5. 3 bedroom with 2 futons in each room AND AC in each room (very important since Summer in Tokyo is 30-35c + 80% humidity every day). Close to train station, multiple convenience store and restaurants.

Cons: *** Not the owner fault! *** But I wish they could have been a bit clearer about where was the key box to get the key for the door. The instruction is pretty clear in the email when they said the key is in a box next to the door, need code to open... It wasn't the very obvious box next to the door, but it was in a smaller key lock under the more obvious key box next to the door, LOL. It took us a few exchanged messages to finally noticed the \
