Great stay

Pros: Nice accommodation place for group of four. Good location. Quiet at day and night. Easy to reach the bus and train stations. Friendly service and the room was very clean. Hygiene items such as shampoo, bodywash and towels are provided. Overall is very satisfying.

Cons: WiFi is a bit slow.

First time in Tokyo found a really great place to stay

Pros: I liked that it was very close to the Sensoji temple and there are convenient stores near the place. The place was very clean and you can use anything in the place. The staff was very courteous in explaining everything when we first arrived and he even waited for our arrival which was very late.

Cons: It was a bit far from the train station which we would need to take a bus. But I think that's how it is in Tokyo. It is much bigger than the other places in Japan.

Pros: The walk home is romantic with a clear view of the lit-up Tokyo Skytree from time to time. They have a big bathroom with a big bath tub. The kitchen is equipped enough that we managed to whip up food for ourselves during some days of our stay. The dining tools are also complete and we all managed to eat with our own plates, cups, and utensils. They have 2 aircons in the living room and 1 for each double room, making most of the unit pretty comfy. Lots of trash bags inside, and trash cans outside the building so trash disposal was a breeze. The staff are extra patient and friendly.

Cons: The stairs up are a little narrow so heavy luggages are a bit difficult to bring up or down. There was no aircon unit in the 3rd room(the single room) and the aircon units in the living room/dining room isn't pointed at it so it is difficult to manage the heat/cold level inside the room especially if you close the door. Trash cans below have no specific labels so it is a bit confusing at times where to put which category of trash

A very nice location and facility.

Pros: Clean facility, good access to Senso-ji, walkable to OK supermarket. The proprietor provided lots of information like maps (local area, including supermarkets and conbini) and access to a washing machine. Kitchen was suitably equipped with rice cooker, toaster oven, knives, chopping boards. Instructions were labeled well in English to help us follow local norms, like separated garbage.

Cons: Somewhat long walk from Toei Asakusa station. One of the three bedrooms lacks A/C (we didn't use it after our first night for this reason). The Wi-Fi is protected by Meraki, which is fine, except that it force kicks users after an hour or so... which is really annoying even for casual browsing, never mind video calls, and then nothing works and you have to disconnect/reconnect. Stairs, no elevators, so travel light if you can.

Fint til prisen

Pros: Sød ejer, meget plads og virkelig fint til prisen. Utrolig rent og gode senge.

Cons: Stedet er lidt slidt. En fin base, men ikke luksus (det havde vi heller ikke forventet).

Pros: Everything was close especially getting something to eat. I loved how comfortable everything was when checking in and looking for the location was very easy. Good view of the skytree as well.

Pros: Trys miegamieji, kiekviename po dvi lovas. Mes buvom trise, tai kievienas turėjom po kambarį, kas Japonijoje nemaža prabanga. Malonus šeimininkas. Po check-out'o leido palikti daiktus iki 6 pm.

Cons: Vonioje reiktų po svečių išvalyti nutekėjimą, nes mums labai lėtai nubėginėjo vanduo. Išvalėm patys.

Très bien placé

Pros: Très calme. Bien placé. Bonnes informations pour trouver l'appartement.

Pros: Les équipements, la proximité du quartier d’Asakusa tout en étant au calme.

Cons: Si l’on doit faire un reproche à cet établissement c’est la connexion wifi qui parfois est capricieuse. Sinon Rien À Signaler

Great place for a family of five in a quieter neighborhood.

Pros: The host communicated well with us, met us and showed us around the apartment. The location was great, along the river and close enough to Asakusa station. The apartment was clean and comfortable with enough room for our family of five. The kitchen and AC were fine and we had a comfortable stay. A suitable apartment for a family of five is not easy to find and this place worked for us. Close to a supermarket too!

Cons: We did not take advantage of the deck shown in the picture as it was up a couple flights of stairs, not in the apartment.
