Perfect Birthday Treat

Pros: Stayed here for my birthday and it was perfect. I loved the lounge access and all that had to offer. Our room was stunning with the amenities topped up regularly. The staff couldn’t do more for you and were so kind throughout our stay. Such a bonus to be able to see the light show on the government building in the evenings. If you can stay here definitely do it!

Pros: Great service by the team. Club lounge breakfast buffet had very fresh and really good selection of food and drinks. Club lounge coffee machine makes better coffee than starbucks. Room was clean, very spacious and I could see that lots of thoughts were put into the selection of amenities and the placement of them. Strongly recommended! I am definitely staying here again when I am back in Tokyo next time.

A sublime stay experience in Tokyo.

Pros: What a treat, the Premier Grand Club Room, where we enjoyed nightly canapés (more like an evening dinner meal) and drinks looking out to the glittering night sky. The rooms were spacious, again with fantastic views over Tokyo, well appointed for all your stay needs with a bath and excellent water pressure in the shower. Slept well in comfortable beds. Staff are deeply respectful and there for any query or travel need. Location is perfect for walking distance access to train stations and shopping.

Cons: Beyond expectations.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Pros: The hotel itself is great and modern. The staff were friendly and I felt put in extra effort to make the stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. I have stayed in lots hotels from 1 star to 5 star across the globe and this was one of not the best stay I’ve had all round.

Cons: My only feedback would be to get an indoor pool and maybe improve the gym facilities.

Pros: Location is very good. I think the Hotel must attract attention to their \

Cons: Hotel has 50 floor, 7 diffrent restorant. (maybe total 100.000m2 construction field) But the Smoking Areas in total (3th&2nd floor) is just 12m2. (Calculated by me) Non smoking in rooms is completely ok. But restricted areas can change for smokers. Many customer stays in smoking area 1 hour :) One restorant can use for smoking maybe. Another; In check out day, we have to leave hotel at 6 am in the morning, although we have already paid the price of breakfast for this day. Breakfast begins on 7:00 am. So we asked Guest Relations to prepare a little breakfast basket for take away in the morning. They said it's impossible. I think they have to give a little breakfast package for their early check out guests.

Very Welcoming!

Pros: The staff was amazing and very helpful. We were treated so well by all at the hotel. They really made us feel welcome and special. The Club Lounge was great for breakfast and casual drinks in the eveening.

Cons: I don't think children should be allowed in the club lounge - especially if they can't behave.
