Good for family trips, longer than 3 days.

Pros: The property is located in a good area within considerate walking distance to a train station. There is an elevator as well so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage up and down. There is a pub nearby so there was a bit of noise at night but it was OK. The bathroom arrangement was new for us so it took us some time to adapt. The room is clean and comfortable. The host prepared cleaning supplies which helped a lot because we stayed for a week. There is a kitchen as well, equipped with a fridge and dishes for adults and kids. It's Tokyo so convenience stores won't be an issue, there are several and they are all close to the property. Overall, I recommend this place if you are a family staying for more than 3 days.

Pros: Very spacious for Tokyo, clean and excellent location near a central station and near nice food places

Cons: Some loud building works currently happening, although only 9am-5pm

Pros: Lits confortables Coin repas et salon (avec un vrai fauteuil) Situation de l’hébergement, calme et à quelques minutes du train.

Cons: L’hébergement était en réparation, beaucoup de matériaux qui trainaient un peu partout.

Stay here

Pros: The host was the highlight of my stay. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The room size is typical of Tokyo, but it has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, as it’s close to many of the places we wanted to visit.

It's budget-friendly, tidy, straightforward, and includes all the necessities.

Pros: It had all the essentials we required and was spacious enough for a family of four. Additionally, Family Mart, 7-11, and Yotsuya Station were all within walking distance. While we were there, I had several questions for the host, and I was grateful for their prompt response after I reached out. Lastly, I really liked that once you booked your stay, the information provided included a “if you get lost” sheet. The host covered all the bases! The sheet contained directions to help you return, which you could simply show to a taxi driver.

Cons: The shower size and set up wasn’t what I expected.

Idealne miejsce na pierwszy pobyt w Tokio. Bardzo polecam każdemu!

Pros: Bardzo przestronny apartament, z świetną lokalizacją. Obiekt zawiera wszystkie konieczne udogodnienia, a kontakt z personelem był bardzo dobry.

Muy buen departamento

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, el departamento estaba super equipado, muy cómodo. Excelentes las camas, la calefacción, blanquería, lavarropas, con muchos detalles de equipamiento.

Cons: No hay donde dejar los platos para escurrirlos y están guardados en una alacena abajo, poco accesible. Se necesitan dos mesitas de luz. No había instructivo para encender la cocina ni para encender el agua caliente de la cocina. El tamaño de la puerta a la cocina es demasiado baja, somos altos y nos golpeamos muchas veces la cabeza. Pero fuera de esos pequeños detalles, todo era excelente

Pros: 交通アクセスがよく、コンビニや飲食店も歩いてすぐのところに沢山あるのでとても助かりました。 お部屋はすごく綺麗で居心地が良かったです。 また、トイレのトラブルがあった際にすぐに対応いただき助かりました。ありがとうございました。 また是非宿泊させていただきたいです。
