Excelent cost benefit, no regrets.

Pros: Very easy to get to/from the station (about an 8-minute walk), and the station has access to the express line (Chūō-Sōbu Line). Nearby, there are multiple places to eat, from cheap to luxurious if you want. Even though it`s on a very busy avenue, the place is pretty much quiet.

Cons: Besides being a very large apartment (by Tokyo standards), it's a little dated (no complaints about anything). I wish the washing machine were a little better at drying the clothes, but it's just a small detail.

Excellent location, facility and host.

Pros: The bed was very soft for Japan. Usually on the harder side. Room was very spacious. Very clean. Host very nice and presented himself well.

Cons: Nothing to dislike unless you like a softer style bed.

Pros: Location was great, instructions great for non Japanese speakers. Booklet in the room explained all facilities and gadgets in many languages.

Cons: Hard to contact operator while stay is underway, but instructions helped with a bit of fiddling and translations on google.

Pros: La localisation proche des transports en communs, supérettes et cafés. La grande salle de bain, tous les produits à disposition (produits de toilette, lessive)

Cons: Ce n’était pas très propre partout et un peu serré pour 5, mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

Très bon séjour pour 5 personnes

Pros: L'emplacement était très bien, les lits de la chambre de droite également. Très bonne réactivité de l'hôte et possibilité de déposer ses bagages avant l'heure de check-in.

Cons: Les lits dans la chambre avec des tatamis étaient de moins bonne qualité

Pros: Really awesome location and accommodating. The beds were pretty comfortable and the heater heated.

Cons: Not much. Temperature for AC could fluctuate a lot but about it
