Very good

Pros: Common area is great, with self serviced beverages and workspaces. Room is spacious with desks so it was a very good choice if you need to work remotely. Washington machine makes it very convenient for long stays too!

Cons: The instructions about checking in and checking out. The property is a mixed of hotel and serviced apartments. And the check in checkout steps are different. However, the instructions given by the property was a bit confusing. For example, they used “front door” instead of “front desk” while they actually meant front desk and the front desk is at the 3rd floor…

Location was great as it was only 4 stops from Shinjuku city. Ramien shop was great and open 24hrs.

Pros: Location was great as it was only 4 stops from Shinjuku city. It was only 3 minutes walk to the train station at Yotsuya. Ramien shop was open 24hrs and food was great. The apartment was spacious and allowed us to have room.

Cons: Better pillows would have been better. Washing machine/Dryer needs a upgrade.

Great apartment, will stay again

Pros: Great spacious apartment (1108), 350 m from Yotsuya station. Modern and efficient. Next door a small supermarket, and hidden away a nice Italian restaurant Il Vecchio Platano nearby. Excellent internet.

Cons: Some traffic noise, detergent for washing machine not available at reception contrary to information sheet, and in the period before arrival we received an endless number of messages which is confusing and unnecessary. Inside showerdoor needs to be cleaned.

Pros: On our first trip to Japan, we chose this hotel in the Yotsuya district. It's conveniently located near the subway, and there are two 24-hour convenience stores nearby. Upon check-in, we received clear instructions in English; we never asked for help because we didn't need it. There's also a trash disposal guide, which we tried to follow. There's a 24-hour laundry machine on the lobby floor, and there's also a smoking room for those who need it. The room had everything we needed: a washer-dryer, heaters, a steamer, an iron, and air conditioning. It was large by Tokyo hotel standards. We were very pleased with the hotel and will likely choose it again on our next trip. Thank you!

An excellent place to staywhile visiting Tokyo. We would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone.

Pros: It is an easy 5 mins walk to the station with connections to most train/metro lines. Convenience stores on either side of the property with a good selection of foods for all dietary requirements. TV’s in main lounge as well as bedroom. The washer/dryer was a breeze to use.

Cons: Using the microwave/oven was difficult to understand and use, other than that the kitchen was well equipped. Remotes were in Japanese, would have been good to have an English translation provided.

A great place to stay when visiting Tokyo.

Pros: Great location. Easy to walk to and around the parks of Tokyo. Facilities at the hotel are good , very clean and comfortable.

Cons: We couldn’t get our grill to work. Reception could not help and we were told to contact booking.com and they would contact the hotel and then they would arrange to have a look at it.
