Pros: Beautiful little 3 bedroom guesthouse in Yotsuya. Close to train station, easy access to Tokyo city. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to restaurants/bars on Shinmichi St. Wonderful hosts had everything required for a comfortable stay.

We had a great final day in Tokyo together as a family.
Pros: It was bright and airy with three separate bedrooms in a central location, which is very hard to find.
Cons: There were no chairs at all.

Great location, spacious and authentic. Perfect spot to explore Tokyo for families with kids.
Pros: The location of the house was perfect. Walk to Yotsuya train station -5 min, walk to Imperial Palace - 30 min, supermarket and 7/11 few minutes walk. Lots of room for all, with 5 people we can each find a spot to chill when not out. There is no furniture, sit on the floor, sleep on futons, very authentic experience! low table to have meals provided.
Cons: We found it hard to work out the rubbish sorting, one bin was missing (non burnable) but host was OK to sort rubbish on our departure.

Perfect 10 for family with kids
Pros: Perfect 10! We were looking for a place for our family of 6, Yotsuya 110 offers the perfect place. You will need at least 2 rooms in a hotel but you can fit everyone in this kind of accommodation. Authentic Japanese style living house with Tatami flooring and sleeping on Futon. Well equipped with aircond/heater, kitchen appliances, washing machine and a small dryer in the bath. Just a short 5 mjnutes walk from JR Yotsuya station (3 stops away from Tokyo station and 1 stop away from Shinjuku Station on Chuo Line). Very easy to find on Google Map. 2 convenient shops on the way back home. For Muslim, there is a Halal Ramen Shinjukutei shop about 3 minutes from the house. Must try if you happens to be around this area. The last night, I walked about 500 metres to a nearby coin laundry for a faster drying of our clothes. Strongly recommend this place for Tokyo accommodation.

This was an excellent stay that provided convenience and ease for a big family.
Pros: Yotsuya provided a comfortable lodging for our group of 8 as it gave some privacy as well as living area to do activities together. The property had a great shower area perfect for children, had toys to play with as well as a small grill in the kitchen to use. It is close to a shopping mall area that has eateries and a supermarket.
Cons: There are no dining chairs as the dining area is on the floor with floor cushions. This was a bit challenging for the taller gentlemen in our travelling group.

Pros: Отличный домик для знакомства с Токио впервые. Аутентичный, сон на полу, на матрасах, размещение на кухне на полу. Это всё в в новинку и помогает погружаться в страну. Было сложновато с регистрацией, мы справились, но некоторые моменты мы не поняли при регистрации, но потом справились, телефонного контакта с хозяином нет, лучше сразу ставить себе усим на телефон, чтобы был интернет и возможность контакта онлайн с хозяином. В некоторых местах была пыль. Отличный санузел, небольшая, но удобная ванная с душем, второй этаж спальни, достаточное количество посуды. Мы были в ноябре, дом отапливается кондиционерами, что не совсем привычно для нас. Месторасполжение дома идеальное, рядом с метро. Рядом несколько магазинов с продуктами. Рестораны, кафе. Я бы посоветовал тем, кто едем в Японию, испытать этот опыт. Спасибо большое за ваш дом и ваш труд.
