everything is ok except check-in system

Pros: The location is excellent, all the facilities are well-equipped, and everything was just as we expected.

Cons: The hotel’s self check-in system is extremely confusing and poorly designed!! Future guests, please read this carefully: First of all, you do NOT need to follow the complicated instructions about finding a QR code. You only need two numeric passwords — that’s it. The first password is for the main entrance automatic door. You will receive it in a PDF file sent via your booking confirmation email or through the Booking.com app chat. That PDF contains the entrance code. The second password is for your room door. After making the reservation, you simply need to complete the online registration on your phone or computer. Once finished, you will receive a 4-digit code — this is your room key. That’s all you need. You do NOT need to follow the complicated PDF instructions provided by the property. The guidance is unnecessarily complex and very confusing!!!

Pros: The room was comfortable and bigger than expected, little bar fridge, microwave and sink with a few dishes for use,free wifi

Cons: The check in process....after pre checking in via the link it kept saying error,contact host. You receive a giant list of information and after a long day of travel I missed the code in the information and because my pre check in wasn't working I thought I couldn't get in. Maybe needs to be separate messages...the host was great at answering pretty promptly. The walk from the station isn't bad,maybe 10-15mins some people may find it too far ,with snowboards wasn't super fun but still doable

Cozy place for a solo or duo travelers to stay after a long day. Quiet and uneventful neighborhood.

Pros: The location was convenient and situated between Meguro and Gotanda train stations, enabling travelers to use public transportation to get around Tokyo. The neighborhood is very quiet at night there is not much going on nearby. About a 15 minute walk to either stations and there are more options to dine/eat/shop. The room has a sink, microwave, and small refrigerator.

Cons: The front door did have a broken reinforcement lock, which I notified the host about. They were very responsive and offered to come inspect it during the stay, however I told them to just come after I checked out. The regular door lock and deadbolt were still working fine.

Had some trouble during check-in but had a wonderful time after that small hiccup.

Pros: The location was wonderful, between Gotanda and Meguro station. There were plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also the space was very clean.

Cons: The check-in process took an hour and 45 minutes because the iPad in the lobby malfunctioned. However, staff were responsive and helped me get into my room.
