Pros: We had a great stay in this apartment with friends. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which we really appreciated, and it’s very well situated, close to everything. We highly recommend it!

Cosy yet spacious for Tokyo, great value, warm shower, recommended

Pros: Location amazing, quiet, yet close to vibrant Korean town / north shinjuku, full of bars and restaurants open late / 24hrs, walk is like 10mins to nearest station, add some mins with suitcases ofc. More spacious than imagined! Love the wardrobe and the micro balcony, so cute! South facing made it lovely and sunny

Cons: The main (bed)room light was very harsh, as in way too cold in light temperature, too blue — add a warm (orange) filter — or ideally please add a bedside lamp with a warm orange bulb 2 glasses were not enough for water + tea/coffee/beer. So please add 2 mugs or 2 more glasses :)

Pros: La posizione è veramente ottima ci siamo spostati molto bene sia a piedi che con i mezzi, appartamento pulito e spazioso, il propietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons: Il bagno non aveva la washlet.

Pros: L’appartement était bien équipé, tous les produits étaient à disposition ( savons, liquide vaisselle, lessive…etc). L’emplacement est très calme et à proximité de tous commerces… et surtout à 5 min à pied du métro.

Cons: Ça serait bien de rajouter un miroir dans la pièce principale ainsi que des patères

Un studio au calme et proche de tout.

Pros: Super rapport qualité prix pour ce studio idéalement situé. Dans une ruelle calme, à deux pas de deux gares qui permettent de rayonner largement et de tous les commerces utiles. On a l’impression de vivre un peu à la japonaise, et on a regretté de ne pas poursuivre un peu le séjour.

Cons: Équipement un peu minimaliste.
