Pros: Wow. A minute walk from main street of Shinjuku with all the shops, restaurants and people, but quiet and safe itself. Equipped with additional folding bed, kitchenette and conditioner. Laundry downstairs. Fits budget couple+kid travellers. Once again about quietness - absolutely nothing happened between 9pm and 9 am both on work days and weekends - no worries!

Cons: There was no explanation how to take care of garbage. Facilities of the apartment are not suitable for big people- bathroom is tiny, no much space for huge suitcases. So it fits only slim guys with slim bags :)

위치 가성비 주인분 친절함 짱!!

Pros: 4일동안 지냈는데 우선 완전 번화가 근처고 신주쿠산쵸메 역이랑 도보 5분 신주쿠역이랑은 도보 10분 정도 걸리는 곳이었어요 위치는 완전 굳굳!!! 에어컨도 잘 나오고 시원했어요 청소도 깔끔했구요 주인분하고 거의 매일 연락 주고받았던 것 같은데 친절하시고 잘 챙겨주셔서 감사했어요ㅎㅎ 아참 엘레베이터도 있어서 좋아요

Cons: 생각했던 것보다 숙소가 좀 작긴 했어요 3명이서 묵기엔 좀 바글바글한 느낌.. 캐리어 펼쳐둘 곳이 없어서 계속 정리하고 닫고 했어요ㅠㅠ 그래도 가격 대비 위치가 좋고 수건 바꿔달라고 요청하면 주인분께서 빠르게 보시고 답장해주셔서 감사했습니당

當天下午五點多抵達JR車站，拖行李步行約莫25分鐘左右。因為入住3人所以空間相對比較小抵達時第一天連接不到WiFi 和業主反應趴在床底下檢查路由器並且拔插頭重新插電路由器一直亮紅燈業主說請網路公司處理隔天晚上回住宿，路由器就

Pros: 離地鐵站東新宿站5分鐘但JR新宿站16分鐘如果搭JR抵達需要走路拉行李箱要20-25分鐘，JR車站搭計程車van 日圓兩千多約莫10分鐘左右抵達洗澡熱水很熱水流也很大自己自備泡澡球泡澡劑還是不錯的 WiFi速度很快微波爐對於在便利商店的食物很方便在房間就可以吃上熱熱的食物兩個人住還行住到三個人是有點擁擠除非是非常要好不然很沒有隱私同伴會打呼簡直是環繞空間（慎），不介意且不會長時間待在房間性價比還是可以的插頭位置很多業主即時回覆訊息解決問題

Cons: 行李要放床上攤開或是走廊攤開（介意空間大小的人們需要注意）在歌舞伎聽離聲色場所是比較近的獨自晚上外面很常會有黑人搭訕或是黑人直接手搭在你身上日本男生也會搭話（介意的且害怕的人們需要注意）隔音沒有很好喔晚上凌晨其他戶開門敲門✊都聽得到，晚上有人太吵其他住戶跑去敲門罵因為是鐵門敲門聲特別大走廊講話聲也很明顯（取決於有沒有遇到素質的其他旅客）走廊房間都有貼安靜標語講話小聲～枕頭以及床偏軟彈的
