A very simple apartment to stay in. Far from atmospheric, but a good place to rest for the night.

Pros: Simple room with a double bed and a fold-out one-seater to sleep on. Apartment is clearly old, but well-kept and cared for. Location's great, within walking distance of Shinjuku station and 3-Chome. Many things to do, night and day. Many touts out at night, so you get a lot of practice saying 'no'. Despite central location, the apartment wasn't noisy at all. No need for earplugs etc.

Cons: To be fair, room is a bit tight for 3 people, and the fold-out seat/bed seemed a bit tough to sleep on. The person staying on that suffered from lower back pain throughout the trip. Not much space to move around, and not much space for the luggage of 3 people.

exactly what you need if you want something in the heart of shinjuku

Pros: nice little place, great location few mins away from the bustling streets of shinjuku!!!! bed did the job and the room was not too small and had everything you needed!! price was not too bad either !

Cons: the shower curtains looked like they had mold stains on them.

Nice central close to everything without long walks

Pros: It was nice quiet full room to myself in a nice quiet street, but only a five minute walk or less to Shinjuku station and all the bright lights shops etc. in a big central part of Tokyo , couldn’t have picked a more central place I would recommend it to anyone

Cons: Had a full compact apartment to myself etc in a quiet street just up from larger streets, very near shops an restaurants

Small cosy apartment

Pros: The apartment is small but clean and has facilities like fridge, microwave oven, a kettle.and free wifi. The location is within walking distance to Shinjuku Station. There is a lift to the apartment which is good.

Cons: There isn't a lot of space for large luggage bags.

Everything you need to experience a little piece of Tokyo life.

Pros: This was a very quiet apartment in spite of being in Shinjuku. It was conveniently located for visiting this part of Tokyo and accessing the station.

Cons: Clearer pictures or instructions of how to find the property would have been helpful. I was initially at the property next door and then didn't immediately realise that we needed to go up in the elevator to the apartment before finding the lock box. There are a lot of other doors with lock boxes in that general area. However our hosts were very helpful when I contacted them even though we arrived quite late at night.

Very clean and excellent location

Pros: I liked that it has everything for you like a stove, kitchen stuff for cooking if you want to do it.

Cons: The size is a little small for 3 people, I consider that room is only for a couple

Brilliant location, perfect for solo traveller

Pros: The location is brilliant and there's everything you need. Shower pressure is great and check-in was easy (but if you need to speak to staff it's all online)

Cons: As others pointed out it's quite small but perfect for a solo traveller. It could have been a taaaad cleaner (some dust on bathroom lamp) but I'm a bit ocd...

Pleasant stay

Pros: This hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, with plenty of eateries nearby that stay open until as late as 4 AM. The neighborhood felt very safe. The hotel also provided several unexpected amenities such as umbrellas, an induction cooktop, bowls and utensils, a vacuum cleaner, and lots of cleaning equipments. The bed was also quite spacious and comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom was very small, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the kitchen sink, which only stopped after we sealed the opening. The WiFi also lagged at times.

Pros: Great location, top floor with a balcony was perfect

Pros: It was very good value for money. Great location. Everything was close by.

Cons: All was good.
