A spacious, perfectly located stay with an unforgettable New Year’s Eve view of the Tokyo Skytree

Pros: Perfect location for our stay. Large enough to comfortably fit all 15 of our family. The rooftop area was a highlight. Amazing view of the Tokyo Skytree, especially for New Year’s Eve. We would happily stay here again

最高の立地とロケーションの快適で素晴らしい宿

Pros: 家族旅行で10人で過ごすには余裕がある十分な広さで、設備や寝具なども充実していて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。目的の浅草・両国・スカイツリーへの移動がしやすい立地だったのもとても良かったです。また、静かな環境で過ごしやすく、コインパークやコンビニ・スーパーも近所にあって便利でした。屋上からスカイツリーが見えるところも良いポイントかなと思います（夜のライトアップがよく見える位置です）

Cons: 調子が悪く暖房が使えないエアコンがあった（暖かい日だったので問題はなかったです）。備え付けの毛布の一枚が、なにか零したような汚れがあって使えなかった（寝具は十分に揃っていたのでこちらも問題なかったです）。

Pros: 住宿地點離本所吾妻橋站非常近，走路約五分鐘路程(若有長者同行可留心住宿至地鐵站的對街有電梯出入口)。住宿空間大布置溫馨，房間隔間都可以自行調整，浴室只有一間但有兩間廁所，適合大家庭入住，我們去了六人但粗估住十人左右應該都沒有問題。廚房器具應有盡有，另有飲水過濾器，不需要再另外買瓶裝水飲用。電視是用投影機，大約兩小時會需要充電一次。另外有洗衣機跟烘乾機，有提供洗衣精。頂樓有露臺可以近距離看到晴空塔，夜晚從房間窗戶外面也可以看見晴空塔的燈光變換。整體來說，是非常理想的住宿地點。

Cons: 公寓的密碼門鎖是用雙面膠黏上去的已經有點不穩，有一天半夜居然自己掉了下來，我們只好再把它黏回去，但若發生在出門後，有可能會進不了門，希望房東可以把它用螺絲固定好。另外密碼鎖若從門外鎖上，裡面的人是開不了門的，會被反鎖在公寓裡，一定要特別留意。
