Fantastic
Pros: Great location, quiet, extra treats and comfy beds. Fantastic value. There was three of us and the room was comfortable.
Cons: Might be a bit small for a larger group but we were all good

Pros: The price, the location next to supermarket and bakery and near the train station and skytree are great it's well organized in Japanese fashion with an entrance area leading to private floors. Very clean There are the usual amenities, fridge, TV, aircon, jug, hairdryer, foldable table as well as towels and toothbrushes replaced daily. Showers are nice and clean although you have to go downstairs for them.
Cons: You have to be ready for the tiny home life. After the futons are unfurled, it doest leave a lot of room for bags, however the entrance area outside the private lift on your floor provides room as does the loft space. There is a private toilet for your room. The kids loved the pkace

Pros: Great location to subway, local sites and convenience stores. Great bakery over the road, plus good instructions to find the address.
Cons: No where to wash a drink bottle or any utensils, but this is minor.

Loved the location. Lots of convenience stores and local eateries. Close to metro and Sky tree.
Pros: Great location. Good value for Tokyo, a cute place and nice touches like vouchers for bakery and free hot drinks available. Comfortable futons compared to others we’ve had
Cons: Nothing really.

Comfy and cosy place to stay in Tokyo
Pros: This is a brilliant place to stay in Tokyo with a family and excellent value for money. The Japanese futons are comfortable and the showers are clean with plenty of hot water. There is a machine with free drinks and the owner gave as vouchers that paid for delicious treats from the bakery across the road.
Cons: No issues for us - we would happily stay again

Pros: Although the room was quite small, we managed to fit in as a family of five. We struggled to open and close our suitcases, but as I said, there were five of us and the room was designed to meet our needs. The showers were very clean. The unlimited hot and cold beverages from the vending machine at the entrance was a big advantage.⁷We were also pleased that there was a bakery, market, and laundromat across from the building. The building was very clean. The check-in and self-checkout service was incredibly efficient. Communication with Oyado Danran was very easy, and they always responded quickly to my questions via booking.com. Since the building was constructed to be earthquake-resistant, we didn't feel the 7.6 magnitude earthquake on December 8. It was thoughtful of Oyado Danran to immediately send us a message asking if we were okay.
Cons: The location was a bit far from Sibuya and Schinjuku. Other than that there is nothing to complain.

Pros: Loved that it was in a great location and easy with the shops and bakery right there. Quick walk to station and bus out the front. Great to be in a real neighbourhood rather than tourist central. We had dinner at a BBQ restaurant right near the room and it was great. I have to admit that I was very anxious about this booking but when I read the reviews I thought I'd keep the booking. So glad I did. Couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Tokyo with a family.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that there is a door out to a sink area for toothbrush etc but there is a combination lock on the outside. This felt a bit unsafe as anyone who has stayed at the venue previously would know the combination. However it was a small dislike and wasn't an issue.

Authentic Japanese experience
Pros: The room is very small but the beds were comfortable & the kids enjoyed the loft style sleeping. The bathroom is shared however it was very clean & we barely saw/heard any other guests. The bakery across the road (which the hotel provides vouchers for) was incredible!

Pros: Nice area of Tokyo - not too busy! Within walking distance of Asakusa and the samurai ninja museum. The room, toilet and shared shower rooms were very clean. It was great having a free drinks and cold water machine. There were lots of convenience stores nearby.
Cons: The room was small so we couldn't really open our suitcases when the futons were laid out but it was nice having a mezzanine level for the 4th futon. It's not close to a JR station. You have to take a bus from the JR line. The air conditioning machine was quite noisy

Nice family room
Pros: The room & the toilet is clean... the joined bathroom is also clean, the soap and the shampoo there is premium... The location is near to honjo Azumabashi (just walk about 8-10 min), easy to access to another area from here... In front of Oyado Danran is my basket (mini market) so if we need to buy food or others we just have to croos the street, and also about 5 min walt to 7eleven... about 15 min walk to Tokyo Sky Tree. The owner is very responsive and helpful (fast response chat)...
Cons: There is no washing basin to wash the dishes..
