Clean and modern apartment near Sky Tree
Pros: The apartment was perfect for our family of four (two little ones). The location was great- close to a train stop, bus nearby and a easy 16 minute walk to Tokyo SkyTree. We like staying in this area, so it worked well for us. You can get to Narita airport directly from Tokyo Skytree, or you can head into Asakusa, and from there on to all the other interesting places Tokyo has to offer. The apartment was surprisingly big (for Tokyo), had a washing machine, super clean and modern bathroom, very comfortable beds (on the floor, but we like that), a TV, wifi and a small kitchen.
Cons: The only surprise was no elevator. We were fine getting our bags up the stairs but for some folk I know this may be a hassle.

My family love the place. Easy access to train line and Metrol line. Many convenient stores nearby.
Pros: It was extremely easy. The host sent us instructions before we arrived. Although we fumbled a little to figure out where to enter the code, it all worked out well in the end. My messages were replied very quickly.
Cons: It was a bit difficult to set up the tv at first due to faulty remote control. However, that was fixed on day 3. Not a big issue.

I will definitely recommend the place.
Pros: Location was good. Closed to one of the station and closed to Skytree as one of the main attraction. There are also closed by convenient stores, restaurants and laundrymat.
Cons: Nothing.

Super convenient location; great base in Tokyo.
Pros: Super convenient location to the metro and easily walkable to SkyTree. The stovetop, washing machine, and bathroom clothes dryer were all appreciated since we had a longer stay. There were instructions for how to deal with surplus garbage during our stay which we very much appreciated and was a rarity during our time in Japan.
Cons: The constant ventilation sounds. I agree that there's so much ventilation that it creates suction with the front door and windows and thus necessitating some effort to open them. I see in another review that it was possible to turn it off somehow but we never figured it out, only how to turn on more ventilation; never to turn it off. Would have appreciated knowing how to turn off or reduce the ventilation.

Pros: The location was super. Honjo is a quiet residential area, but it is still close to major hubs like Asakusa and the Skytree. The nearby metro station is well connected and not too crowded. The room itself fulfils every requirement. The bathroom is nice, and the washing machine is a plus.

Overall a good place for a family short stay.
Pros: The property had everything, including a much needed washing machine with hot air drying option in the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped.
Cons: The lounge is a little uncomfortable to sit on as it’s on the floor, and not sufficient sitting for 4 people.

Amazing stay in Tokyo!
Pros: We loved this apartment! It was in a great location, close to Honjo-Azumabashi and Skytree Oshiage station, but on in a quiet street. Easy to move around. Very comfortable size for a family of 3, sparkly clean. Such a nice find :) we also like that there were many playgrounds within walking distance- important with kids!
Cons: It took us three days to figure out how to turn off the ventilation. It started to bother us after a while as there was a constant noise of wind - under pressure would be created in the flat, so that the air from the outside would get sucked in through the windows. Even if closed. Once you manage to turn all the fans off, it stops. An instruction would be useful because it’s not exactly intuitive that the bathroom fan is turned off by the fan button in the toilet.
