Pros: property has complete amenities making it feel like a home. extra pillows and comforters are provided. bath area is big. laundry is available. staff very responsive.
Cons: property is a bit of a walk from the motohasunuma station; spoons and forks preferably metal - not plastics.

Pros: The house is about a 10-minute walk from Motohasunuma Station. It's a standalone house, and we stayed on the ground floor, which has two bedrooms with tatami floors and Japanese-style futons — giving it a nice traditional feel. There is one toilet and one shower room. Overall, it’s suitable for 5–6 people and comes fully equipped with all necessary facilities. The host responds to messages quickly.
Cons: The only downside is that the bedrooms don’t have curtains, so the rooms get bright in the morning — but this can be solved by using a sleep mask.

Pros: We had a nice time staying here. It's pretty easy to figure out with lots of instructions.
Cons: The neighbors walked around a lot at night. They also used the washer all night sometimes.

Ruhig und gemütlich nach japanischer Art zu leben!
Pros: Ein sehr tolles Appartment, dass in wenigen Spazierminuten von der Station Motohasunuma erreichbar ist (Subway Tokyo Center in ca. 30 Minuten machbar). Hat praktisch alles was man braucht im Appartment und genügend viel Platz. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, passt also wenn man einen ruhigen Schlaf haben möchte. Von dort aus sind Tagesausflügen in den zahlreichen \
Cons: Wir sind halt den europäischen/westlichen Matratzen gewöhnt, es war demnach eine Umstellung auf den Foutons auf dem Boden zu schlafen. Aber dies ist keine Kritik an sich, sondern eine Feststellung für die nächsten Gäste. Wer schon weiss, dass er/sie nicht auf dem Boden zu schlafen kann, empfehle ich das Appartement nicht. Für diejenigen, die problemlos damit leben können, gibt es keine weiteren Negativpunkte zu erwähnen.

Pros: Rooms were large and perfect for multiple couples. All of the artwork and wall designs were fantastic and really made the place feel special. The train station is just around the corner and is on a train like that takes you to all the key tourist areas.
Cons: The only difficulty we had was not having bags to sort or rubbish into!

Agréable et spacieux appartement dans le quartier de Motohasunuma
Pros: Magnifique appartement, joliment décoré, spacieux pour Tokyo, avec du charme. Les chambres sont vraiment bien décorées et une des chambre donne sur la cour intérieure.
Cons: Certains équipements sont très sommaires. Par exemple les canapés sont durs et je n'imagine pas de dormir dessus. Cela ne peut raisonnablement pas faire office de lit. Les chambres sont équipes de futon, ce que je ne trouve personnellement pas très confortable. La cuisine est un peu bricolée avec du scotch et les couteaux fournis sont des couteaux à poisson.

Pros: 宿泊前の案内もとても丁寧でした。部屋のインテリアは、外国籍の方向けと思いますが、国内グループの滞在でも楽しめました。
Cons: 清掃も行き届いていましたし特にありませんが、キッチンと脱衣所の仕切りが扉ではなく暖簾だったのでちょっと驚きました。

Pros: The house is amazing - traditional, well set up and very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay, and I would book this again in a heartbeat. Location is a bit away from the craziness of Shibuya and Shinjuku, but that was exactly the appeal for us - the subway station is at walkable distance, and it really doesn't take more time to get there compared to other houses we looked at. The neighborhood is very quiet, and all the amenities were wonderful. For us it couldn't get any better!
