The staff, room quility and location were excellent. I have already been back.

Pros: The staff were excellent and made me feel very welcome. The location is excellent for travel all across the city, this was the main reason for staying in this area.

Cons: The pillows could be comfier, I was only allowed to take 1 extra pillow and had to use the 2 hard one's in the room.

Everything was perfect.

Comfortable and affordable

Pros: Room was very comfortable to sleep in thanks to the central AC unit keeping the air fresh (especially as someone with a sensitive nose) + customisable pillow height and softness (you get to swap pillows at the lobby via a shelf selection!). Room and toilet was also well maintained, no musty smell unlike some of the older buildings by other hotels. I liked the interior layout and design which allowed for natural lighting during the day. The location was also very convenient, with a 7-11 right downstairs, and only a few minutes of walking away from the Akasaka metro station.

Cons: Though it's a little small and might be cramped for two people (as is most hotels in Japan of similar price), it was more than enough for a solo traveller. Area near the window pane had a little bit of dust though it didn't affect the overall cleanliness and air quality. There was also only 1 lift instead of 2, which leads to slightly longer waiting times at the lift lobby.

Excellent choice in Tokyo

Pros: The hotel is at a walking distance from two stations; staff is very helpful, going beyond to accommodate your needs. The free drinks in the cafeteria is a big plus. Lots of amazing restaurants bars and karaokes nearby.

Cons: You can only take one pillow. It's minor, but I'd prefer to have two while resting my neck on the bed.

Pros: Very central, staff were welcoming and very helpful. Will recommend this to friends travelling to Tokyo in the future. Will also stay there agin myself in the future.

Pros: Very clean, amazing location, nice staff and more than enough room for a single person in the normal room. Bathroom and room are small, but for this price, it was more than enough.
