Pros: Great location. Close to metro, restaurants and convenience stores. Comfortable. Cooking and laundry facilities. Helpful staff.

Amazing stay, would come back

Pros: The hotel is very modern, sparkling clean! I love the washroom, the shower with Bluetooth connection is amazing! The bed is very comfortable. Overall I love my stay there!

Cons: There are only 1 pot, would be great to have more cooking utilities

Pros: Friendly, wonderful staff. Great location. Plenty of restaurants around, nice and quiet neighbourhood, walkable to the nearest tourist areas, very close to public transport.

Luxurious hotel with excellent hospitality that is very well located in Tokyo.

Pros: We loved it wasn’t a big hotel and felt very personal and well taken care. Everyone who worked at the front desk went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and were very helpful when I fell ill. Would definitely stay here again when I would return to Tokyo.

Clean spacious accommodation

Pros: Plenty of space for everybody. We could open up 4 large luggage with plenty more rooms to space. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Hot and strong water pressure from shower. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff and convenient location near to metro and convenient store. I’d definitely return for my next visit to Tokyo.

Amazing apartment

Pros: The check-in procedure was easy and almost all completed before we arrived at the hotel. Staff was on hand from 9-18 (if i remember correctly), otherwise entrance and apartment unlocked with a keycode. The room is basically an apartment with a nice layout for lounging around. The room included a projector with google TV to watch what you wanted. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen area were all nice. The hotel was quite close to the shinjuku-gyommae station which will quickly get you most places. It is a bit more expensive than a regular business hotel, but you get much more bang for your buck here. Would stay here again!

Cons: The projector worked most of the time, but some time it would randomly switch to something else - maybe something from some other tenants? No regular TV channels available There was a bit of noise from the outside and from the neighbours.

Pros: Best hotel we have ever stayed at and everything was in walking distance. Also so much space . There was three of us staying here with 6 suitcases all up

Pros: El hotel está nuevo. Con todos los detalles muy cuidados. Las camas súper cómodas y firmes. La localización es buenísima. La parada de metro más cercana es Shinjuku-gyoemmae.

Cons: Tal vez un poquito caro

Pros: 1.員工給客人一種賓至如歸的感覺，任何問題都能幫我解決。 2.地點不錯，計程車、地鐵、超市、景點都能在數分鐘到達。

Cons: 1.枕頭一張床是否各給能給兩顆一軟一硬，別一張床各給一顆。
