Good, I would stay again

Pros: The property was good a bit daunting to get in to start with lots of emails that didn’t have anything in them and the important one. I missed a little bit dusty in the sense. The cleaners need to lift and dust. Everything towels were different. Needed to be a little bit better quality but other than that the day was good. The location was good. I think if Japan wants to be the leading tourist place for Australians to come to they need to be able to understand our language and have more signage around I enjoyed our stay there. We’re at the Sheraton now on the Bay which is dated. May have all the facilities but it’s just another motel.

An accommodation where I certainly might return

Pros: convenient location, space of bathroom and it’s arrangement with washing machine was spacious and very practical. Very clean, recent premises. Basic kitchen equipment good enough for us (honestly we dot not cook in order to keep everything neat and tidy) Messages and questions were answered promptly.

Cons: Too much garbage bins occupying unnecessary space (we lived in Tokyo and know how to deal with garbage) You cannot leave any luggage after checkout (whilst there is really space to add lockers ; or it might be local regulations…)

We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again for our next Tokyo trip.

Pros: Location is quite good, just about a 5 minute walk to the nearest station. The unit we got was just right for 2 people to stay comfortably. There are also a few convenience stores located nearby. The host was quite fast in replying our messages as well.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay—the experience was wonderful, and the view of the SkyTree was a great bonus.

Cons: The only issue was that each time I opened the door from outside, there was a musty smell, which seemed to be coming from the washing machine’s drain.

Pros: Quiet location with good accessibility. The room was well equipped, and we appreciated the effort to support us when we had questions. Looking back, we wouldn’t choose this accommodation again due to a one-time extra fee. It is mentioned, but easy to overlook, and it’s not exactly a standard practice.

Pros: Fantastic apartment. Excellent communication with off site staff. Early check in available for a small extra fee which was really helpful after an early flight to Japan. Two separate sleeping areas with sliding doors made for a great home from home for a few days. Easy to get to by direct train from Haneda airport. Would stay again.

Excellent stay at the Grandtree Hotel for a short visit.

Pros: Great location in Sumida, quiet district with all the amenities close to the flat. The place has all the furniture to make the trip easier and more comfortable. Very good communication with the host as well, super friendly and always helpful.

Cons: The mattress of the bedroom was a bit rough and there was a little smell in the doorway close to the elevator.

Pros: the view of skytree is spectacular. Love the quiet neighbourhood.

Pros: Easy access, close to train station. Walking distance to the Skytree. Very clean apartment. Apartment was warm - great for Winter, and it was a good size for our family of 6. Great amenities.

Cons: Mattresses were a bit hard but maybe we’re just not used to a firm bed.

Pros: Great location close to train and bus routes. Very quiet neighborhood, plenty of food options around. Very helpful owner. Rooms were great size. Would definitely stay again
