Massive Tokyo style apartment, perfect location. Train station right at the front door

Superb location right at subway exit with good space.

Pros: Superb location. Literally right at subway exit. The room was quite big for Tokyo standard.

Cons: Should have more supplies (e.g. trash bags, tissue papers, cleaning rags) for longer stay. The bed was too soft.

Pros: It’s clean and comfortable. The amenities are good. The location is strategic which is very close to train station. You can reach the property direct from Narita airport via express train.

Pros: 1. The location is superb, with the property entrance just a few steps between the stairs and the elevator access to Honjo Azumabashi subway station. Although it does take about 40 minutes to get to Shibuya/ Shinjuku area but that wasn’t an issue for us. Lawson & 7E in close proximity to the property. If you want to stock up on groceries though, highly suggest you to go to Aeon small mart (also very close), they offer the best price for eggs, bread etc compared to Lawson/7E. 2. Cleanliness is excellent overall, though the wardrobe had some hairs from the previous tenant. Probably overlooked. 3. The staff is highly accommodating - always responding promptly to our inquiries. 4. The property size is very spacious for the price. We are muslims and we could pray in our unit comfortably as compared to if we stayed in a very small hotel room.

Cons: We were made aware of this prior our stay but I’d like to highlight these items: 1. Lack of bidet / toilet seat warmer. We stayed during winter and the toilet was a pain to sit on. SO COLD! We noticed other units had them, and it’s disappointing ours didn’t. The inconsistency is perplexing. 2. There was no iron provided and though we brought our own, it didn’t function well. Possibly due to a wattage difference. It’s disheartening to see other units equipped with irons while ours wasn’t.
