Spacious Tokyo Base near Tamachi station Hotel Ten Tamachi

Wonderful stay with family.

Pros: The hotel design are suitable for family to stay and the environment nearby are convenient and easy to access.

We had issues with the washing machine not working but the owners were helpful and quick to resolve it .

Pros: Big space, close to station and supermarket . They provided instructions on where supermarkets and dining were located

Cons: Pillows were too soft , have to figure out own luggage storage if u need have a late flight out . Would have preferred print out copy of instructions to use the washing machine rather than online version. ( which is not as user friendly )

Great stay at T

Pros: The team was super reactive and accommodating. Hotel Ten Tamachi is extremely well located on jr yamamote line as well as Mita station for the Asakusa line. Basically you can reach most of Tokyo's nevralgic points like Shibuya, Asakusa, Roppongi, odaiba within 15 minutes or less. The neighborhood is very safe and relaxed. The apartment is beautiful with top notch facilities and plenty of space for a family of four. Everyt hing worked perfectly. We would stay at Ten Tamacgi again in the blink of an eye.

Absolutely incredible stay, will definitely be back and recommended to all.

Pros: Beautiful, great location, comfortable beds, amazing hosts.

Cons: Top beds do not have a safety rail (as advised, so not unexpected). We didn’t need to worry about this as we only used one bed but would be a lot safer with one for anyone staying up there.

Pros: I loved how comfortable and family-friendly the stay was, from the cozy beds to the kids’ welcome boxes and fun bunk beds. The quiet, convenient location made it easy to enjoy Tokyo without the crowds, and the attentive host made everything feel seamless. The kitchenette and washer and dryer were a huge bonus, especially with young kids.

Cons: Nothing. This place was amazing.

Cons: Ich weiß nicht warum, wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Handtücher...sie waren sauber, aber habe sehr schnell schlecht gerochen, gleich nach den ersten Gebrauch.

best stay ever

Pros: this hotel was a sanctuary for our tokyo stay. i cannot recommend it enough. it is a 3 min walk from the station and very close to all 3 convenience stores for easy access. there was a line of cherry blossoms in full bloom that we saw every time we walked to the station and it was so romantic and beautiful. the facilities were very clean and the beds were so comfy. we were a group of 4 girls but i can see how it can fit 6-8 people easily, but 4 is definitely roomy and spacious. would definitely stay again
