RAKU Hotel Tokyo Bay Front

Pros: Staff were brilliant and super helpful when we realised we had left something behind. The apartment was clean and a good size! Close to stations

Cons: Washing machine had a bit of a damp smell to clothing but apart from that everything was perfect

Big, comfortable and convenient.

Pros: the place was quite big compared to the standard tokyo apartment / hotels. it was also a short walk away from a train station and convenience store which is also a plus. the beds are big and very comfortable which is great after a long day of walking. the host was also very accomodating even though i did not reply to them immediately.

Cons: nothing much. maybe just that since its it in tokyo bay, it is quite far from shibuya or shinjuku. but its 5 stops away to the shimbashi station which connects most major lines. so it is still convenient.

Pros: All the rooms were well ventilated and had AC which is such a godsend during the hot and humid Japanese Summer. Had USB plugs and converters in case you don’t have one. There were USB cord as well.

Cons: Not so much a bad point but when the smaller room AC is less then 22degC a slight damp smell starts to permeate. (I made this mistake and left door closed which made it stuffy — mostly fault)

Nicest accommodation we had in Tokyo

Pros: Best place we stayed in Tokyo, beautiful apartment, comfiest bed ever! Lots of amenities provided. Great balcony, comfy couch, dining table etc. Washer/dryer in the apartment is always a massive plus (especially when you have a baby)

Cons: Some of the policies in the check-in PDF were a bit scary- like a $200 charge if you forget to take off shoes! That was enough to scare us into obedience though so I guess it worked! Second bedroom had a weird smell but also had air purifiers etc in there already to mitigate it.

Good not moisy neighbourhood in Tokyo with a comfortable and helpful host.

Pros: We liked that it was good location to explore the city, however the neighborhood was very quiet. Luckily there was one Family Mart at the corner to get something in case of need.

Cons: The only things were, that we booked for five and the room was prepared for four. Luckily we could manage it via chatting with the host and found the additional blankets. We had an issue with the numlock. The codes we were give. Were not working. Again with fast chatting we could get the key from a close keylock and all was sold.

Great apartment. Would stay again.

Pros: My stay at Raku Hotel Tokyo Bay Front was excellent from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond, even providing a complimentary case of water during the recent heatwave — such a thoughtful gesture that really showed they care about guests’ comfort. The room was spotless, the AC kept it perfectly cold, and the bed was very comfortable. I also really appreciated being allowed a late checkout, which made my travel day so much more relaxed and stress-free. The location is convenient, and overall the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great budgetfriendly choice - all you need and close to the center for a fraction of the price.

Pros: Location is in a business area, so not many restaurants or things to see, but only a 5 min walk from the nearest station and 10 min later you are in the middle of Tokyo! Local Family Mart 50m from the front door for all your needs.

Cons: There was a weird smell in the appartment. Like sewage - seemed to be coming from the airconditioning. Sometimes it was not that noticable, other times it could be rather unpleasant.

Pros: JR、ゆりかもめ共にアクセスが良く買い物をするにもコンビニ、マイバスケットが道路の反対側であったために非常に便利でした。居室が広い空間だったためゆったりと過ごすことが出来ましたし、備品類も豊富に揃っており買い足す必要が特にありませんでした。子供が熱を出したために緊急の対応が必要だったときにオーナーさんが非常に気を使っていただき大変助かりました。

団体で過ごすにはいいかもしれない

Pros: ・車での移動だったので近くにパーキングがあるのは良い、また複数あるため停められない心配は少ない。 ・狭いがキッチンに調理器具、食器は一通り揃ってる。比較的新品に近いので使用感は悪くない。

Cons: ・玄関に分かりやすい目印がないため入り口がわかりづらい。 ・部屋にスリッパがない。 ・アメニティの類は用意されてない。 ・wifiのパスワードがテレビの端に小さく記載されてて非常に分かりづらい。
