Pros: The Staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help us with any questions or requirements that we had. Our room was very modern, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The information within the room was so helpful for us to respectfully enjoy our stay. The Washer/Dryer was a massive plus.

Cons: No dislikes. Amazing accommodation.

Convenient location, nice stay, friendly staff

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near a few metro stations (e.g. Hibiya, Ginza and Toei Asakusa lines) that are within walking distance, as well as a 7-Eleven across the road. The staff are friendly and accommodating with room supplies, as well as luggage storage and luggage transfer to/from airports. Check-in and check-out are easy. The rooms have sufficient amenities, appliances and space, and are cleaned regularly. Overall, the stay was nice.

Cons: It would’ve been good to have had the option to choose a room with a direct street view instead of one with only a window to the side of the building with no views, but I understand that this may be subject to room availabilities at the time of booking.

Pros: The size of the rooms is bigger than standard Tokyo rooms.

Cons: It was pricey as we booked in the few days before our stay. Also the Train stations are about 8-10 mins walk, gets tricky with kids.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Good clean rooms with a nice location near most of the attractions. Easily accessible by trains.

Cons: Mostly ok except the price was high compared to the facilities being provided. Overall good experience.

Clean and convenient

Pros: We liked the location because it was a nice 12 minute walk from Tokyo station, so very convenient. There was a 7/11 across the road and a number of cheap restaurants nearby. We found the beds comfortable and the room was very very quiet at night. Having a washer/ dryer was an asset as it allowed us to easily clean our clothes. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons: It would have been nice if the teabags, coffee capsules and laundry detergent were replenished daily when the towels were changed instead of having to constantly ask for more.
