Perfect for cheeper price for backpackers or short stays. Good food near by and train line direct to most popular stops.
Pros: Very convenient, safe and quiet location. All your necessities. Beds were comfortable and good pillows.
Cons: Small space ok for us though. Would like a seat or stool.

Pros: It was the perfect size room. It had a fridge, sink and electric stove. It was perfect for making small dishes to save money. There were vending machines downstairs. There were convenient stores within walking distance and a few grocery stores too The location was also in walking distance between two stations.
Cons: Most tourist cities are within 30-40 by train including the walk to the station. A 12 minute train ride from the Kaneda airport and 20 minutes to return back..

Cons: Taille de l'appartement juste pour deux personnes, l'emplacement des futons par rapport à la salle de bain faut qu'il faut passer par dessus un des futons pour y accéder.

Pros: マンションタイプで、長期滞在には便利でした。施錠もオートロックで安心でした。 洗濯機あって洗濯できたのと、バストイレ別も良かったです。
Cons: 窓からのロケーションが隣の建物と隣接していて、カーテン開けられなかったのと、 到着時 ベッドの上に 何かのチリ？みたいな物が、付いていて 気になりました。 コロコロカーペットや、床掃除用のクイックルワイパーを 設置されてると良いな、と思いました。

Pros: Loved my stay here- kitchenette has all the necessities, very good water pressure for shower, good AC, laundry in room, fast wifi. I found the floor futon bed comfortable and on the firmer side. Its a 13 minute walk from the train station - all sidewalk so it was easy with bags. Very sunny room. I did not notice any smells that one review previously mentioned. Would have stayed here longer but they were sold out!
Cons: The room is a floor sit only - no chairs. Only thing missing is a lap desk or some kind of low putaway table. I used my suitcase as a table which worked fine. Also a cushion to sit on next to the bed would have been lovely.
