Spacious accommodation with good access to Tokyo

Pros: Lots of room in a whole apartment. Lots of kitchen facilities. Staff really attentive and happy to help. Close to metro.

Cons: Signs of wear & tear that needed some attention.

Pros: The location is beside the subway. It helps a lot if you have a long, tiring day and would like to get home fast.

Cons: The bathroom. We gotta climb up and down just to get a shower and also the face wash to wash in the morning. If we are told earlier, we could have brought 2 sets of face wash. There is not enough parking available nearby. Hence, I have to cancel my car rental.

Pros: The location was rather close to shinjuku area, accessible by buses and the metro station

Cons: The staircase was really narrow and steep. It has three floors, shower room on the first, living room on the second and bedroom on the third. Not really convenient for our baggage to go up and elderly as well

Absolutely wonderful experience! The house was fantastic!

Pros: The location was fantastic and quiet. The house was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of room for our luggage and it was great having a washing machine.

Cons: The stairs were difficult and would not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Great stay for first time in Japan and big parties.

Pros: There were a lot of rooms and it was very spacious. Living was very comfortable and there were enough towels and beds for everyone.

Cons: A lot of the rooms were very cold and most of us woke up freezing in the morning. I wish there was some way we could turn up the heat and also more storage space. The washing machine area also smelled a little bit bad.

Pros: 從東新宿站出來只要5分鐘，乾淨客廳寬敞，我們住的房型: 1樓是洗澡的地方，2樓是客廳加餐廳和一間廁所及儲物間，3樓共有3個房間和一間廁所，不錯的選擇。

We felt the house was very comfortable. Just a few added bits would have made it perfect.

Pros: Location was very good. Not a lot of kitchen facilities. No tea towels which were necessary as no dishwasher. No toaster. Had to heat jug on PowerPoint on floor. None on kitchen bench.

Cons: Lack of Wifi. It was a little dated.
