Perfect apartment for a 3 night stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Lovely verandah looking out over the neighbourhood. Very quiet but with good amenities nearby. Very comfy bed.

Cons: No lounge to relax on. We didn’t need the dining table so a sofa there would be good.

Good location, clean and tidy. Would stay here again.

Pros: Keys and communication with property was good. Clear instructions to get keys. Only thing was we didn’t realise that the elevator only went to floor 6. And the apartment was floor 7 - but wasn’t an issue. Closet station was “Waseda” metro. Good amount of eateries down the road and reasonably priced (as it’s close to the university) so the restaurants are cheap. And there’s 7eleven and family mart. 1 x room has Tamami mats (comfortable) the other has a single and double bed. Nice to have “fresh air” from the top floor and a little deck, viewing area.

Cons: No washing line to dry clothes, but we took downstairs to the laundry mart to dry. It’s basically next door. Bonus is they have a washing machine, and umbrellas for when it rains.

Lovely flat with balcony

Pros: Lovely bright, clean and spacious pony flat in a slightly quieter part near the university. Beautiful balcony with lovely views. 5-10min from the station. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Great host - very accommodating.

Cons: Nothing was perfect for us

Świetny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, z dużym balkonem i fajnym widokiem na miasto

Pros: Przestronny i dobrze zaopatrzony apartament z dużym balkonem i fajnym widokiem na miasto, w spokojnej dzielnicy. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Na plus również fotele do wypoczynku oraz stół do zjedzenia posiłków. Pomimo chłodnych nocy w Tokio, klimatyzacja zapewniła nam odpowiedni komfort.

Appartement agréable er bien desservi par les transports en commun pour visiter Tokyo

Pros: La propreté La vue au 7e et dernier étage L’espace laundry sur la balcon permettant de nettoyer son linge et sécher en un temps record La climatisation performante qui donnait une bonne température de l’appartement malgré la forte chaleur La réactivité et la gentillesse des hôtes La décoration sobre L’espace kitchenette qui permet de dîner sur place

Cons: L’emplacement un peu excentré par rapport aux quartiers à visiter mais reste facile d’accès grâce au réseau bus et métro de Tokyo Les équipements un peu juste pour 5 personnes : seulement 4 assiettes par exemple
