Excellent stay

Pros: The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable, couch also folds out into another bed if needed. Close to the station and convenience stores. Reliable WiFi too which is great.

Cons: Couch wasn’t that comfortable to sit on but this is usually the case with fold out sofa beds

Cozy and quiet

Pros: The apartment is very well located. Just 2 minutes away from Waseda station and a shrine. 1 minute walk from Family Mart and 7/11, but still very calm area (there is a school field where the balcony, but there's not much noise, plus the windows are very soundproof). The building has a lot of security, and the self check in process is very easy. The bed was really confortable, and there are a lot of appliances to use (hair dryer, washer, iron, vacuum cleaner...). Indoor shoes are also provided, as well as shower products, and washing/cleaning products.

Cons: They have a policy of notifying if somebody comes over (even if it's just for lunch or else). Also overnight stays for anybody that is not registered is not permitted, or they can charge extra (24h security system). Nothing else really, but do keep in mind that, as most Japanese apartments, they are not made for tall people, so you can struggle a little in the shower. The bed was 200cm long, so very standar anywhere.

Pros: 早稲田大学のすぐ側で、鍵の取り出しも楽でした。値段もリーゾナブル。日本に滞在中、２回利用させて頂きました。

Cons: 特になし。使い捨てのスリッパがあるとなお良かった。
