Great location and responsive host.

Pros: Location is great, central area, well connected. Big size compared to similar accomodations in the area.

Cons: The heater from the ceiling unit makes my skin really dry.

Pros: Der Weg zum Bahnhof Ebisu (1Station bis Shibuya Station) ist maximal 5 Minuten und deshalb super Ausgangslage für einen Tokio-Aufenthalt. Die Betten waren bequem.

Awesome location, with plenty of space and storage

Pros: I really enjoyed the central location at Ebisu. This place was conveniently located about 2-3 minutes from Ebisu station, which places you with access to the JR lines, as well as Hibiya. There's many restaurants nearby, including Afuri ramen right across the road. There's a playground just over the road as well, and a 7/11 on the same block around the corner. The apartment was quite spacious, with plenty of storage, and our family of 4 had no issues at all. I think you'd still be comfortable with 6 people. I have no complaints and would certainly stay here again. I just want to re-iterate that this apartment is VERY close to Ebisu station, which makes transiting with luggage very easy.

Cons: It was a little tricky to find the apartment, and could be better explained as part of the check-in process. You need to go up the outdoor staircase (photo: https://maps.app.goo.gl/MCpwS1FJUxDgVpap9), through another access door, then up the next set of private stairs. If in doubt, look for the outdoor staircase immediately next to a pair of vending machines. The toilet had a faint smell, but not something that really impacted us.

This place is perfect for other travelers. So close to the train station, very good location.

Pros: We really liked the place, it’s so comfortable and has space for us to fix our stuff. Unlike other airbnb, no space to open up our luggage and everything is complete inside the room. It is also near the train station. 👍🏼
