Responsive staff, great amenities and had a great stay would highly recommend

Pros: Loved the location. So close to Ebisu train station, lots of shops. Great gyoza restaurant on the ground floor. It was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: There’s no lift so if you have any mobility issues, I wouldn’t stay here but the stairs weren’t an issue for us. As per previous reviews, odd drain smell but we experienced this in a few places in the area so it must be a general issue not specific to apartment. Just leave the bathroom window open a little and it goes away.

Cons: Slight smell from drain pipes in laundry room but can be maintained by keeping exhaust fan on

Fabulous…location, so close to station, great food, and the space was a bonus for Tokyo.

Pros: So much space. Great with family, especially in Tokyo when you need to decompress after being out and about in the craziness.

Cons: A bit noisy with the bats around, a bit light at night. The blinds don’t shut out enough light. Pillows were pretty bad. Some more pillows and firmer fluffier ones would be good.

Would recommend!

Pros: Very spacious apartment for central Tokyo (with comfy beds) that was easy to access by transit, located close to a park, near restaurants and very quiet at night.

Cons: This is an old part of Tokyo so it has old sewers, we get that. So there was smell in the bathroom but when we opened the window it went away but it was too cold to have it open all the time. Maybe some more drain covers for the sink and advice on letting toilet lid down? Also, the apartment is on the fifth floor (no elevator) but there aren't that many stairs per floor so it's not as bad as it initially sounds.

Clean and spacious apartment, conveniently located near a rail station.

Pros: Super convenient location near Ebisu station. The house was really clean and the rooms were spacious enough for our family of 5 not to feel cramped. Access to a washing machine was great as we had tried to pack lightly, so we could wash all the kids clothes regularly. There was everything you needed within a few minutes walk including coffee, 7-11 and large shopping complex next to the station.

Cons: I think this might be a Japan thing, as we experienced it other accommodation during our trip. Being taller, the bed covers could either cover our bodies or feet, but not both at the same time. We ended up wearing socks to bed to stay warm at night. Some hooks by the front door to hang things would be a great addition too.

Very well situated to Ebisu station in a quiet neighborhood

Pros: The restaurant below. Close to subway. Quiet neighborhood. Ease of communication. Spacious apartment. Close to shopping and food. A really lovely apartment and location.

Cons: Five flights of stairs and only one mirror. The apartment needed more mirrors so more than one person could get ready.
