Ebisu

Pros: Location fantastic, more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids, lounge room and mario games a nice space to relax after long days sight seeing.

Cons: Noise friday and Saturday nights, near bars, but we bought ear plugs so not too bad.

Value for money and spaciousness was a big hit for us!

Pros: The location was perfect, just 2 mins from the station. There are combinis in all directions nearby. There is a park with swing and slides and my children loved it. Check in and out are smooth and easy. There was free game consoles to play in the apartment. We loved the spacious place to ourselves and we have a lot of place to pack our things.

Cons: There’s a izakaya? Downstairs and it could get noisy but it will be quiet after about midnight. It is perfectly fine.

Pros: Easily accessible to the trains and great location. Size of the apartment was perfect for three people.

Cons: Just a preference nothing personal but I thought the pillows were too soft.

LOVED OUR STAY IN EBISU

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in Ebisu. The apartment was close to Shibuya and a few minutes walk to the Train station. There were plenty of restaurants and shops to visit around the area. It was a very lively neighborhood and there weren’t a lot of tourists staying in the area so we were surrounded by locals which made our Japan holiday felt even more authentic :) Cannot wait to go back again to Japan and stay in this apartment.

Cons: Loved our stay, but just take note that the Apartment is on top an izakaya and some bars so it can get “lively” at times but we enjoyed the ambience. We were on the terrace after our daily trips seeing the locals let loose and have a good time :)

Great place for families to stay and get to Shibuya and Takeshita Street easily.

Pros: Fantastic location, air con, kids loved the switch and TV as we were having really busy days and they enjoyed the chill out time in the evening. The beds were bigger than other double beds we’ve experienced in Japan. The balcony was nice to sit out on. There is a playground with swings and a slide 1 min up the road.

Cons: It’s right in the middle of a busy area for bars so our first night was a little noisy. Make sure you’re able to carry your luggage as the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs.

Great location if you want to walk to Tokyo’s hot spots, metro SUPER close

Pros: Location was great if you want to be “in” the city. Kids LOVED the Nintendo Switch for late evening chill time before hitting the Tokyo at night. Safe neighborhood - kids could walk to the 7-eleven alone then take their purchase to the playground (visible from the flat) to enjoy.

Cons: A little noisy (from the street activity) at night. No elevator wasn’t an issue for us, but a 4th floor walk up wouldn’t be ideal for those with small children or mobility issues.

Great location, comfy American size bed. We had a comfortable stay, except for the bar noise at night

Pros: It was cozy, had everything that you needed. It was a 2-3 min walk from the train station.

Cons: There is a bar located below the apartment and it was very noisy till 2-3am. I had ear plugs on so I slept fine.

Pros: I like how nice and accommodating my host is. I also like how close the property was to the train station and places to eat.

Cons: The property is s above a bar and across the street from two others. As a result, the drunks scream all night into the morning. Sometimes until 4am.
