Property suitable for small family with max 2kids.

Pros: 1. Near to ebisu station ( 350 metres ) 2. Lot of restaurants near by ebisu station. 3. You can travel to places of interest by Hibiya-line with 600 Yen all day 24hours pass and others sub ways. 4. The property equips with 2 units of aircon with heater and kitchen at lower floor. 5. Water pressurize was good for hot and cold shower.

Cons: 1. Landing foyer with sharp corners will hurt our toe if we accidentally kick. 2. No iron and iron board provided in the property. 3. Telephone number provided and unable to contact. 4. Property should provide digital save box for keeping important documents ie passport 5. Fix internet line provided are fast (5G) but not portable type. 6. Check out time at 10.00 am. Should be 12.00 noom
