If Tokyo is calling me next time, I'll definitely be back this place.
Pros: Love it all. It feels like home with a great location. There are 3 train stations within 10-20 minutes walk and 2 of them locate at the mall in Tokyo Skytree. Many food, dessert and souvenirs are ready to attack your belly and money. :) In case you miss the mall, there is the convenience store is waiting you within 1-2 minutes walk from the house.
Cons: Stairs and Spiral Staircase for 2nd - 4th floor, but the hotel information has already informed about it. No problem for me.

Pros: Clean Convenient - about a 5-10 min walk from the Skytree. There’s also a Family Mart nearby Easy check in/out Beds were comfortable
Cons: No elevator - probably not suitable for solo travellers who have large/heavy luggage as it can be difficult carrying luggage up/down stairs.

99% locals, 5 minutes to everything; best public transport lines, cheaper food, convenience stores, rental bikes, onsens
Pros: Sumida is the best neighbourhood to stay in Tokyo for a calm, local experience; Just a 5 minute walk across the river to Asakusa, 5 minute walk to the Skytree, 24/7 family mart down the street, 3 onsens within walking distance, rental bikes (charichari) next to Familymart (better than LUUP), Washer/Dryer, 99% locals
Cons: Lack of check-in instructions; when we showed up, the doors didn’t work with the codes provided. Had to make an international call at cost of €17 just to fix it.

Great stay, great neighborhood.
Pros: Good location in a quiet area, I love the Sumida area with shopping close and the river walk was great. The place was small but its just nice for 1 person. Will be cramp for 2. Its also easy to find the place and facilities provided was great.
Cons: There was this night where it rained and the raindrops hitting the metal box just right outside the room can be noisy. Water sound running from pipes upstairs could be heard too.

Is in a great location with so much easily accessible, with a lovely small apartment with great facilities.
Pros: The great range of facilities within such a small apartment. Really appreciated the touches, amenities, toiletries, layout well thought out. Location was fantastic. Loved being able to easily walk to the Sky tree centre with all of its facilities. (Amazing food and shopping). Really lovely immediate area. Calm, quiet and pretty, yet only a few mins walk to the bridges over into Asakusa and all the hustle and bustle there. Really enjoyed our stay 😀
Cons: The only real challenge was getting the suitcases up spiral stairs. Couldn’t work out how to switch off the drying function for the washer /dryer. Tried finding / downloading the full instructions in English but couldn’t find any. Meant I had to stay around to stop it before it started drying clothes that couldn’t be tumble dried. Also maybe a curtain for the bath to stop water going everywhere. Also maybe a curtain to go across the bed area for privacy when coming out the shower. However these were just tiny things. Everything else far outweighed them. 😀

Couldn't have wished for a more perfect first hotel in Japan!!
Pros: It was a last minute booking, so I hadn't realised just how convenient it would be - direct line for Hanada airport, Narita airport and Tokyo station! The apartment was very spacious, the kids (age 5 and 7) loved the split level bedroom and view of the sky tree tower. The convenience store at the end of the street was a blessing when we just needed a quick breakfast or a microwave home meal at the end of a long day. There were also some really nice touches, such as slippers, toothbrush, cosmetic packs etc. They also offered to clean midstay as we were staying more than 4 nights. I also had some messaging with the staff regarding an item I thought I had left after checkout, and they were fantastic, with quick, helpful responses. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. If I was being very picky, my 5 and 7 year old walk very, very slow and so the 10 min adult walk to the station did take a bit longer with my boys' slow and tiny legs but shouldn't be a problem for most families. I also forgot to ask if it was supposed to be a double sofa bed? It looked like it, but I couldn't open it. Not a problem for me, as we were two children and one adult.

Easy self-check in and 11am check out
Pros: Great location, thoughtful use of space, well-equipped. Excellent WiFi. Excellent information pack. Loved the use of codes so could check-in and check-out easily - perfect as we arrived around midnight. Also loved the slightly later check out time of 11am

Love
Pros: Wow! The Krasse Sumida Hotel exceeded all my expectations! The attention to detail throughout the hotel is truly impressive, from the beautifully designed rooms to the stunning views of the Tokyo Skytree. The rooms were not only stylish and modern, but also thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I could ever need. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor truly impressed me. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return!
Cons: Nothing at all.

A gorgeous, cosy retreat in Tokyo
Pros: Fantastic location within walking distance to Skytree and Oshiage station. There's a sumo stable across the road and the wrestlers come out each morning to chat to people- that was a nice suprise. With a family mart around the corner and several restaurants you won't go without. This is a bijou, very smart property with everything you need for a stay in Tokyo- stunning skytree view from the window.
Cons: The only improvement I can think of is the supply of some extra pillows- there was only 1 each and they were quite flat.
