Pros: It was easy to check-in, the room was well equiped and clean. It was really quiet and we got a nice view of the Tokyo Skytree.

Pros: The decoration with pandas is adorable and is really well located.

Cons: There is no room to put your luggage. And there is no one in reception, everything is done by a tablet. When we check in there was a few people having trouble with the tablets, so it took a little while to have it all sorted.

Nice place to stay a couple of nights!

Pros: Really nice location - close to public transport and Asakusa shopping streets and other tourist attractions. Room is very small but good enough if you just need to spend a couple of nights there. Fully automated manless checkin and checkout.

Pros: 最初チェックインできずオペレーションセンターに何度も連絡する事態になったが、最後まで対応してくださった。部屋のいたるところにお買いものパンダがいて可愛かった。アメニティも豊富で快適だった。

Pros: L'emplacement est un gros plus. Juste à côté de la SkyTree (on avait littéralement la vue depuis notre fenêtre), et à quelques minutes seulement du métro. Pour ce prix là, c'est vraiment une bonne trouvaille. Pas de personnel en physique, mais l'enregistrement avec la tablette est facile. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain et les toilettes propres. Rien à redire !

Check in at 3:30 and avoid the traffic jam.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. Nothing about the facility itself is bad but it is a chore to check in at 3pm when there are many other groups checking in as well. The self check in system is glitchy and the remote support staff via the screen speak poor English and poor Japanese so it was difficult to resolve issues. Other groups were having similar problems so the little lobby was a noisy mess for 15 to 30 minutes.

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra, ale dość cicho i spokojnie Pokoje małe, ale to widać na zdjęciach Czysto W pokoju był ekspres do kawy na kapsułki Samodzielne zameldowanie Wybiorę następny raz jeśli będę w Tokio ;)

Cons: Trochę niedopracowany system check in i out (wyszło bez problemu, ale musiałam dzwonić przez tablet do jakiegoś pracownika) Nie można zostawić bagażu przed/po zameldowaniu
