Pros: Best living space we've had in Tokyo so far with a nice big sofa and good kitchen area. Double bed was a bit small but comfy. Bathroom was great to wash clothes and dry them in the shower hot room.

Cons: Only 1 pillow per person for the bed and they were very flat and uncomfortable.

Pros: 子どもの受験に2泊しました。徒歩圏内ということもあり、こちらを選びましたが、個室もあって総仕上げの勉強ができる環境はビジネスホテルよりよかったです。キッチンもあるので、お弁当や食事作りなど、普段とあまり変わらず送り出せました。また洗濯機は助かりました。冬ということもあり室内は乾燥しており、洗濯物を干して潤すことができました。ラグがないので、リビングにあるソファーベッドは到着したらすぐ広げることをお勧めします。畳代わりにゴロンと寝転んだりくつろぐにはぴったりでした。加えてセキュリティはバッチリでした。

Cons: ２ベッドルームと記載がありますが、1ベットルームはリビングと兼用です。いずれの部屋もダブルベッドなので、4人で使用する場合はダブルベッドに2人ずつ使用となります。窓が1つしかないため若干暗い印象は受けましたが、その分セキュリティは良いですね。エアコンの設定温度を30度にしましたが、室内はあまり温まりませんでした。
