Pros: Nice room close to the station which is just one stop away from Yamanote line. Everything that is necessary is provided in the room, with a mini kitchen area, nice bathroom and a standing shower. Comfy big bed with a small TV in front, but it has WIFI capabilities which was nice. The owner was also very helpful with some issues I had in the room, and even brought a gift on the second day which was very nice.
Cons: There was essentially no soundproofing in the room, however it turned out to not be that bad as the street outside is not that busy, so sleeping was easier than expected. Earplugs are also provided for those who need them. I had a room on the top 4th floor, which was not much of a problem for me to walk upstairs as I did not have large luggage, but it could be a problem for those who happen to get the top floor with luggage.

Pros: It was tidy, spacious and the owners were lovely to deal with. The top floor balcony was very cosy and a great place to relax.
Cons: It was on the fourth floor. It would be good to know ahead of time in case people are unable to get up all those stairs.

Cozy place with great convenience
Pros: Spacious! The owner was very helpful with us sending our luggage over. I am more than grateful that she got her husband to send our luggage as we needed our baggage on the same day. Superb location!! A stone's throw away from the train station.
Cons: Slightly noisy as the unit is facing the busy street.

I'll stay here again in the future
Pros: There is no staff there but they explain me well through messages. Big room compared to average in Tokyo and was very clean! They also have ear plugs for noise (didn't need because was quite) but bring your own towel coz they didn't have it. There's no elevator so if you stay at higher floor might be little annoying if you have heavy baggage. I went alone but the room is spacious and bed is big enough for 2 people, bed was really fluffy which for me is a good thing but some people might like something harder. By the way my journey was good there, when I'll be back in Tokyo I will stay here again probably.
Cons: No towels. I wished they switched the air conditioner on before I went there because in this period Tokyo is extremely hot and humid so when I did check in the room was pretty hot

Excelente.
Pros: Ubicado, cerca de muchos puntos de interés turístico. Limpio. Lavadora excelente pero no hay donde secar la ropa, recomendación lava ahí y a 5 pasos hay una lavandería de monedas accesible y 24 horas.
Cons: Nadie se presentó ha hacer limpieza y no se si estaba incluida.

Perfect if you want to stay in a quieter part of Tokyo
Pros: Very quiet and suburban area, so if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo while still being well connected (15min walk to Yamanote subway line & 5min to Mita line), this place is perfect. A decently sized konbini is right across the street, and a few restaurants are nearby as well. The room has the perfect size for staying there on your own or as a couple, you get a double bed, microwave, water cooker, small refridgerator, wash-dryer, 2 chairs + table, shower + toilet. Everything you need for a few days. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, even gifted me a small souvenir (doumo arigatou!), and English was no problem at all when conversing via texts.
Cons: The only small downside for me was the fact that the room had practically NO sunlight at all. There's a big window, but it faces the neighboring house, which results in no light really entering the room.
