A very strategic location and relaxing stay.

Pros: The location is perfect. Away from the busy Ikebukuro centre, but close to another train station as well. 7Eleven store just across the road is the best.

Cons: Considering the sizes of Japanese houses are compact, then I have no complaints at all. A very convenient stay indeed.

Pleasant stay

Pros: We’re a family of four with two teenagers, and we had a pleasant stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near shops and train station. The area is reallly safe and even letting our teenagers explore on their own at night. The host was also responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

Cons: The hallway area right outside the lift is a bit narrow, but it’s something you get used to after a while.

Pros: Very comfortable mattress and pillow considering all on titami mats

Cons: Bathroom/toilet is very small

Pros: The price is very reasonable compared to other nearby hotels. The area is quiet, and there’s a 7-11 right across the street. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the MRT station, and from there, you can walk underground to Sunshine City. The photos on Booking.com accurately reflect what the place actually looks like.

Cons: 1. I could hear laughter and alarms from the neighboring room—the walls seem too thin to block the sound. 2. The bathroom is very small, making it difficult for an adult to dress comfortably inside.

Pros: The house consider big for us 2 adult and 2 kids, i love everything about this house. Infront of this appartment got 7 eleven. Balcony very big to wash our clothes. Easy to check in.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and well positioned flat for 4 people. We could also wash some clothes in the washer machine and hang them out in the balcony. Fast answers from the host

Cons: Not easy to find the building but the host help you with photos and descriptions.

Pros: There was every facility you could need. Comprehensive , easy to understand, instructions are left on the table for you. Spotlessly clean home. Comfortable , top notch , bedding. Wonderful location with loads of local amenities and attractions within walking distance ! Easy check in and check out. Really felt like we were living the traditional Japanese lifestyle. We loved it and would definitely stay again.
