Great Hotel, generous rooms and in the thick of it.

Pros: Location was great, our room was spacious, Luxury Twin, beds were huge . we would stay again. Husband really happy with a dedicated smoking room.

Cons: Odd that you can't buy a spirit before 6pm?

Lovely well situated hotel, small on space, but positives are charm and location.

Pros: Close to Shinjuku, very clean, washing machines, good tea coffee amenities, staff very friendly and helpful. Free welcome drink, nice bar downstairs

Cons: Rooms are not very big (difficult to squeeze luggage in), we had wrong bed configuration when we arrived and had to upgrade to get the right configuration.

great location, very clean well appointed rooms and friendly staff.

Pros: perect location for us and lovely well appointed rooms. NOt a lot of space, but it is Tokyo, so we weren't expecting or needining space and it encouraged us to spend most of our time outside the hotel. Our favourite eatery was the Japanese BBQ around he corner.

Cons: nothing. it was all good.

Pros: It wasn’t too far from either shin-okubo or shinjuku station which was perfect and the location is great. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, always offering to help. They also held onto our bags after check out. The cleaning services were also very well done and nice. The room itself was fun and practical, where even the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay with value for money.

Cons: The only thing I’d say is just the whereabouts of the lively area down the street where the clubs are. I had no problem with it except the noise of people coming from that area at night. Of course, the property cannot control that.
