Spacious, clean apartment with everything. Excellent location. Lovely host. Thank you so much for making our stay so won

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has everything you need for your vacation stay (eg plates, utensils, washer and dryer). I also like the keyless access so I don’t have to worry about the key. I would definitely rebook this accomodation in the future when I visit Tokyo.

Cons: There is one flight of stairs to the second floor, which was a bit of an inconvenience for my heavy luggage. It’s ok if you are able and strong. Also my neighbor was a bit noisy and we can hear everything they were doing next door.

Everything was good. Host was very accommodating too! Would recommend friends to stay there!!!

Pros: Location was fantastic. Mins walk away from subway.

Cons: We liked the separation of the bedroom and living room but realized there was not enough space to place luggages in the bedroom as we need to open up the tatami as there were total 5 pax sleeping in the room. Hence have to place them and open them in the living room.

Excellent location, suitable for up to 4 adults.

Pros: Excellent location. Very clean and well maintained.

Cons: The extra futon would only be suitable for a small child, definitely not and adult and the only place to locate the futon was next to the dining table in the kitchen.

Great Property with many Amenities in an Accessible Location.

Pros: - The beds were very comfortable. The property also has spare blankets and pillows. - The property owners provided some welcome snacks. - The property has both a washing machine and a drying machine. - The internet was very fast. - Very convenient location with lots of different restaurants and cafes. There is also a tax-free DONKI store nearby. - Close to a train station (Within 5 minutes walk)

Cons: - It would be nice if there was a television.

Perfect stay in the heart of korean area

Pros: The location was perfect (next to JR station, korean area with a lot of restaurants, even nice walk to Shinjuku) and the amenities suited our family of four perfectly, with two children aged 6 and 9. The service was both efficient and kind ! Thank you

Location is excellent and near to everything

Pros: The property location is near to 2 train station. Have many restaurants and shops nearby (just steps away from Donki and convenience store). The room is clean and love the Japanese touch in the bedroom.

Lovely stay near shinjuku

Pros: It was very spacious and super comfortable. Easy access and very close to the train and subway stations.

Cons: The stairs to the 1st floor are a bit narrow
