Good spot to stay

Pros: I liked that it was a short walk to the train station and main street and Shinjuku where the action is. Good spot to travel from and too locations. Lots of food near the place. I thought it was clean and tidy for what I paid for. Free Laundry.

Cons: Small spot. no room to move around. Its just literally a place to sleep but good enough for solo traveller. A trash can in room would be nice. I found the place pretty good but I can see how people may get lost. A sign would be nice though.

Pros: Sehr guter Preis wenn man Solo unterwegs ist. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Sehr nahe an 2 Bahnstationen. Etwas nördlich von Shinshuku, aber trotzdem sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons: Die Badewanne ist wirklich sehr klein, aber es gibt ein Sento in der Nähe.

Great value for the location.

Pros: The location was perfect, just far away from the action but close enough to walk there in minutes. Close the go JR Yamanote line. Tons of food places nearby. Easy to check in.

Cons: The hot water was inconsistent during our whole stay. Sometimes only staying on for a minute. Our door lock was malfunctioning which caused an alarm to go off a few times during our stay. The host was responsive to our concern which was appreciated.

Pros: Fácil de acceder, personal atento y solvente ante cualquier petición y localizado a 2 minutos de la estación de tren de Okubo. El precio es inmejorable y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia.

Perfekte Base in perfekterer Lage

Pros: Es ist ein ganz einfaches Zimmer, genau wie beschrieben. Ich habe genau das gesucht, da ich 3 Wochen in Tokio war und dann von dort auch mehrtägige Ausflüge gemacht habe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, mit einem gemütlichen Bett, kleiner Küchennische und eigenem Bad mit Toilette. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert 1A, was im Juli essenziell war! Die Lage war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge und Touren durch die Stadt. In 2 Minuten fussläufig gab es den ersten 7eleven, in dem ich mir morgens schon immer erst mal den ersten Iced coffee Latte geholt habe und die leckersten Snacks.

Cons: Der Eingangsbereich ins Haus und Groundfloor ist etwas ungepflegt und beim ersten ankommen bin ich erst mal erschrocken. Das Zimmer war dann aber sauber und ordentlich.

Pros: All the facilities are excellent！Although is might be a little small but it is enough a sola traveler even is a girl 🤭🤭 And the JR station just need around 2mins walks , this save my time and energy!! At last I would like to say I love this stay so much！Thank you❤️
