Great for family- especially with teens.

Pros: Great communication before and during the stay. Accommodation was spacious for our family of 5, ( first time in Japan and we had heard that rooms and beds were small) Our 6ft+ teens needed to duck through some internal doorways, but happy with accommodation and would definitely stay again. Happy with the location, close to train stations and food options/ convenience.

Cons: Super steep external stairs to the separate self contained area, but only a minor convenience- would stay again. Made for a great parents retreat away from the teens downstairs.

Comfortable stay in a great location. In a busy area yet quiet as it is located in a lane with good privacy

Pros: Great location, lots of eateries and convenient stores nearby, clean rooms, helpful and responsive owner. The pocket wifi provided was much appreciated!

Cons: No heating in common areas such as kitchen, toilet and bathroom so can be very cold in winter. Low beams in some areas so if you are tall, can bump your head if not careful

Pros: Location it is close to a subway station and lots of food places, yet the place is quite and have everything you might need just steps away.

Cons: It is a bit dark and smelly but nothing really disturbing about it.

Pros: The accommodation was very traditional yet comfortable. The location was excellent, near 2 stations, and near many shops and restaurants.

Great Value & Location

Pros: Property was comfortable for our family of four. Location was easy access to two rail options. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

Cons: Not much to dislike at all, however towel size was a little small for our liking.

Homely, clean and very central

Pros: This was a fabulous way to end our trip to Tokyo, after staying in four hotels it was so lovely to stay in an apartment with separate bedrooms, kitchen and living area! The hosts supply everything you need. Clean and comfortable. The location is excellent - central to lots of must-see attractions. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions.

Pros: The location is very convenient, between Okubo and Shin-Okubo stations. The host was very nice and willing to answer all our questions on time. Even during a typhoon, the host also help us reserve a room for the next few days. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Tokyo！

Fantastic property in wonderful location. Really quiet and perfect for family of 5.

Pros: Fantastic location. Really easy to find. In a busy area, yet property was very quiet. We had plenty of space for a family of 5 (2 adult, 3 children)
