Relaxing.

Pros: Self Check-in facility, but the process is overall very smooth and the remotely available personnel always responds promptly. Amazing for tranquility, cleanliness, proximity to Ikebukuro which is a major transportation hub in Tokyo.

Cons: Nothing wrong. I appreciated the availability of a serviced kitchen and laundry, and a nice veranda to hang clothes etc. I was not sure whether the cooking stove was actively usable, however, it was a short stay and I did not need it, I used the microwave oven. I will surely come again!

Clean and cozy

Pros: Check-in was really easy and we got clear instructions. We met the owner of the building and she was very friendly. The room was really clean and had everything we needed, microwave, kettle, fridge and washing machine. The beds were really comfortable and soft which we really liked. There were a lot of towels so we could change them for a long stay which we liked. There were also extra trash bags in the room which is good! Special mention that the water pressure in the shower was great.

Pros: Great location and big room for standard Tokyo rooms. The service was excellent! Even if it’s ‘unserviced’ (all online) they were able to hep and make the stay perfect 👌

20 night stay

Pros: The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners and staff were brilliant and organised the interim cleans around our schedule over the 20 nights we were there. The bed was comfy, and having two pillows each was a bonus, especially as they were all super comfy and not too hard or too soft. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and felt lovely after a long day walking around the city. The provided toiletries smelt amazing and left my hair feeling super soft. All our queries were answered quickly, and the team were polite when we bumped into them. It was only a 10 minute walk to the station and main shopping/restaurant area. There is a fantastic choice of places to eat within easy walking distance.

Cons: The only thing that would have improved it for us would be for the bathroom to have a drying fan. We had a few rainy days, so the laundry didn't dry as quickly as in the summer.

Pros: Very clean, they were very helpful, very comfortable accommodation and a great location. A few minutes walk to the train station, which has great connections in and out of Tokyo. Great location in Ikebukuro itself. Definitely recommend!

New and Clean

Pros: The hotel is a brand new building so everything is new and clean. My room was very small but very good distributed (I could open my big luggage inside de room!) and decorated with good taste. I think it is a very good choice for single travelers. The ubication is quite near the Ikebukuro station, and with a convenience store just around the corner which is fantastic!

Cons: Since the hotel is near the train station, you could hear the trains pass. If you are a light sleeper you might need ear taps. My room was in the 5th floor but the lift was just up to 4th floor, you have to go up some more steps. If you have mobility problems it might not be the best.
