Pros: The room is big enough to store 3 suitcases opened wide. The beds are spacious. The owner responded quickly.

Cons: The location is next to the train track, so if you need quiet place to sleep, this one is not for you. For us, it's not a big problem coz we just fainted from fatigue walking. It's on the 3rd floor which is quite overwhelming to carry giant suitcases. No wifi

Pros: despite all the negative reviews, i dont think the place is not that bad. we stayed for 4 nights, yes the building is quite old, but its not something you can complain for the price. the location is great, near ikebukuro station, family mart is only one minute away, and you can find good restaurants nearby. one thing i appreciate the most is how the host is being super helpful and accomodating during our stay. once we asked on how to set the AC to be a heater, and he immediately come to check if its working, at 11pm. he also making sure that everyone can connect to the wifi. overall i would say for the value of money, this place is good considering the location and all

Pros: 実は、泊まる日の前日、民宿のほうは雨のため、修繕しなければ。オーナーさんはきちんと責任を持って、近くの別のホテルを予約してくれました。詳細についても頻繁にご連絡してくれましたので、今回1泊の泊まりにはいろいろあったんですが、無事に解決できて、オーナーさんの責任感のおかげです。どうもありがとうございました。

Cómodo, espacio , la zona es muy peculiar pero muy segura, solo tal vez no recomendaría para familias.

Pros: Espacio y muy cómodo, muy cerca de la estación del metro, cerca de plazas y tiendas

Cons: Un poco de mantenimiento a las paredes y puertas, sin embargo no están en mal estado. Recomiendo renovar los utensilios de cocina, con todo fue una estancia muy agradable y sin pensarlo regresaría!!!
