Excellent apartment either great services (laundry machine, clothes drying system) in a nice area

Pros: The instructions were thorough and the owner was very available

Prime Waseda

Pros: The mattress was very comfortable. The host provided prompt communication and clear instructions for the self check-in. Located in a quiet street and conveniently close to the Waseda stop for the sakura tram. Washing machine in the apartment though we didn't use it.

Cons: The room layout was not comfortable as there was no space for clothing, need to better utilise the wall space for shelves to put clothes. The name on the building says Prime Waseda, not Nishiwaseda.

Pros: Nice description of the way to the accomodation. Easy check in, everything there!

I very much enjoyed the stay.

Pros: The room was neat and clean. The location was very good, right beside the Toden Waseda Station. There was litte noise, and the facilities seem to be under well maintenance.

Cons: Nothing in particular to complain.

Pros: Great location in a cozy neighborhood near a university. There's a trolley station just in front of the hotel, from which you can get to Akiba or the central area with one transfer. Everything is clean and tidy, and there were a lot of handy amenities such as umbrellas. The beds were comfy, the mattresses are quite thick.

Cons: This is normal for Tokyo, but keep in mind that the area is not very big. We lacked a table, and needed to eat on the beds. I think a folding table and a couple of folding chairs on the balcony would've made a lot of difference.

6 nights stay in Tokyo

Pros: Clear and quick check-in process. They had cleaned the appartement earlier so we could check-in immediately on our arrival. The location was a 10min walk away from a good connected metro stop. We booked this accommodation because we needed a washing machine on our trip. There was washing liquid available and a terrace to dry your clothes. We had brought a washing line because we knew 1 drying bar wouldn't be enough for the clothes we wanted to wash. The bed was comfortable and there was a closet to leave our clothes and store all our luggage!

Cons: Eventhough we could cook and/or heat up food in the kitchen, there weren't many plates/cups/cutlery. Every day you'd have to do the dishes. On top there was no space to actually eat your food as we weren't allowed to eat on the bed. Be prepared for hearing some sounds close-by because of thin walls and/or ventilation

Pros: Great for a first time solo traveler. Has everything you'd need.

Pros: The property was perfect for 2 of us. It had all the amenities that we needed for a long stay. It also has a small little balcony. The stay is self check-in and check-out and the process was fairly simple. Although we wished the property was a little closer to the station. The nearest station is about a 15 min walk away. Overall we had a great stay here.

A very pleasant stay!

Pros: There was space in the bedroom for us to unpack our languages. The layout of the place was nice and organised. Host was very friendly and helpful and let us check in early. The place was near Waseda University so we got to experience the nice vibe.

Cons: Perhaps may need to walk a little to the major train station but it’s not too bad.

Highly enjoyable with everything you need

Pros: I liked the properties location in Waseda, it’s a young vibrant area. The property was also close to a tram station and many stores.

Cons: Overall cleanliness could be improved. Providing larger towels as the ones provided were quite small.
