Pros: 房间设施齐全，一家三口两间卧室很好，卧室都有够大的衣柜。洗澡水很大，交通其实比较方便，楼下就有公交车，附近有7-11，特别是附近大学边上的吃的，美味又便宜！后边就是神田川，安静的街巷，樱花沿河一路。

Cons: 空调的暖房不够力，不太热，中间空气开关跳闸一次。房间整体面积够用，但卧室不大，床塞进去的确有点挤。

Pros: 目的地に非常に近く、大変助かりました。

Cons: 清掃状態が、日本人には気になるレベルでした。特にベッドシーツなどが気になりました。
