Great location, brilliant space inside & very comfortable.
Pros: The location was fantastic - close to the skytree & subsequent station, easy to navigate and great shops & cafe's in the local area too. The space inside was brilliant - extremely spacious for Tokyo, traditional beds were comfortable and the facilities spotless. Couldn't recommend it more!
Cons: Nothing - it was great!

Great foothold for a Tokyo exploration trip
Pros: The apartment is spacious, and very well equipped. Located right next to a bus stop and about ten minutes from the metro station. The kitchen/living room area is open and large, allowing us to spend a lot of time together. The bathroom is great, and the washing machine was a life saver.
Cons: The neighbouring apartment can be quite noisy. The kitchen was a little small and could be difficult to work with for larger groups. It could also do with a couple of storage areas to store some of your clothes and such.

A nice introduction into the Tokyo skytree area.
Pros: In a quiet part of town and a short walk to the train stations and shops.
Cons: The stairs were very steep, but ok for us. Maybe if older it would be hard work, especially with luggage. Getting used to sleeping on the floor too!

Absolutely loved v it and to be able to see the SKYTREE through a high window was brilliant!
Pros: Very spacious and futon we’re really comfortable. Two lavatories was a bonus and fridge/freezer was spacious.
Cons: Magnetic kitchen roll holder was my nemesis!

Amazing stay in a fantastic, modern Japanese apartment!
Pros: A really lovely apartment, perfect for our family stay. It was clean with everything we needed and plenty of room which is a rarity in Tokyo. A short walk to Skytree which gave us access to so many good cafes and restaurants, as well as the Skytree tower view - amazing btw! Also a 25 minute walk to Senso-ji Temple, market, and lots of walks along the river, parks, local shrines…honestly so much to explore! This apartment was in the best location. Staff were lovely to deal with prior to checking in. Highlights of the apartment were the tatami rooms, surprise view of Skytree through the upper windows, amazing washing machine and Japanese drying system in the bathroom, and a tv that had lots of Japanese programs. Not to mention the proximity to loads of local attractions.

Spacious and cozy apartment at great location
Pros: Spacious and cozy apartment at great location. Communication with host is very easy and fast. The apartment is equipped with everything that is needed! we had a great stay!

Great value in Tokyo
Pros: Spacious room by Japanese standards, two separate toilets and a bathroom, well-equipped kitchen even though we didn't really cook. Located in a quiet residential area away from hustle and bustle. Having futon beds was great for our baby in terms of safety.
Cons: It's about 10min walk to the nearest metro station, wasn't a problem for us but some may find it too much. Since there is no reception, we had to go to the nearest Yamato office at Asakusa to be able to send our suitcase to the next destination. after the stay.

Pros: Nice, quiet neighbourhood, not far from train station, with some really good local restaurants in the area. Tha apartment is ok, the futons are comfortable, the kitchen lacks some appliances, but all in all it was good.
Cons: There is hardly any noise insulation in the walls and or windows, you hear the same amount of noise from the street with closed windows as with open ones. The cars that drove by at night were sometimes too loud.

Love it! Would love to stay again, but don't make too much noise
Pros: Good location, 10 minutes walk from Skytree/train station. Spacious apartment! Clean and comfy. We have 4 people but can sleep 6-8 easily with two toilets and 1 bathroom. 30 seconds walk to the best place in Tokyo to take photo of the skytree.
Cons: There is a narrow stair for the upper floor apartment, so could be problem if you need to lift heavy luggage. Sound insulation is not that good. We tried our best to not create noise as we don't want to annoy the lower floor apartment guests
